Re: SIRX :: Buying / Selling
by

on 13/02/2018, 12:56:11 UTC
The dev are doing a crowdsale on their slack channel and the price+bonus are well below what people are offering to sell here. Get real with your expectations and Pm with your offer

crowdsale is min .5 BTC @ 1200 sats per coin  ($4000 worth min)
I think most people are selling much below 1200 SATS

That means 5000 sirx is $520  (crowdsale)
and 5000 sirx is 0.5 eth is $410 (OTC), much less than crowdsale

BTW I am selling 5000 SIRX

The minimum is 0.2 btc for the crowdsale... Just saying..

OK, I'll cut straight to it. I see all these people saying "Yeah it will be fine" and "it always bounces back".. etc etc..

But ARE these people just saying it with hope or actual knowledge?

Are the banks and big hedgers truly suppressing in order to scoop up more BTC cheaply?

As far as I knew from last week (or so the news went) Saudi Arabia was going to be highly involved in btc and I presumed the price would boom again. I love BTC and I love anything to do with crypto, but I'm truly scared and anyone that says they're not I think are either just trying to keep a straight/strong face, and are basically all as scared as me.. (well I hope they are, as this shit is getting serious).

I'd love to hear some truth and real thoughts.

Are you 5 years old?

Do you read what you write? You ask crypto community to tell you for sure, based on actual knowledge that everything is going to be fine with crypto?Huh??

If you need somebody to hold you crypto hand during harsh times, I think you re definitely in the wrong industry and should stick with traditional banking.

So you can either grow some balls and patience, go through this red tide shit with the rest of us or you stay scared.

It s up to you. I AINT SELLING!

Yes I got balls thanks.. lol

Been in this for far too long to sell all I have, but I'm being totally honest that I'm shit scared. Are you not in the slightest?

Have been there and spent enough btc in the past years to be happy, but I wanna have the big bucks.. the big toys.. You know "living the dream" etc

NEW MARKET - MERIT FOR SALE? PLEASE REPORT SCAMMERS..
by
justatrader
on 29/01/2018, 11:37:06 UTC
OK, I'm only a Jr member for now but what I'd like to say is: THIS IS BULLSHIT..

I had an old account that was compromised, hence I now have this SINGLE 1 ACCOUNT.. What I see happening sooner than later is the same scammers and profiteers that have MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS getting Air Drops and reselling them going forwards and selling merit points.

I honestly think this new brown nose scheme WILL NOT work, but will simply create and open a new market for the fucking scammers and profiteers..

If you see ANYONE selling merits (if that is a real word).. Report them and name them in a wall of shame (with proof). Start a thread and call it the shit list (or whatever seems right).

Thanks for listening to my rant.. If you like it send merit, if not, please print this thread, roll a fine spliff with it and chill out.

Thanks again.. Smiley

I'm not sure if there's another thread for this already, or if this belongs in a different section. So basically I thought it would be helpful to post up your Bitcoin address in this thread in the event that your account gets compromised later on down the road. You can simply make a new alt account, sign the address that your original account posted here, and have irrefutable proof that you're the actual owner. It's not 100% guaranteed that you'll get your account back, but it's a pretty good start. Of course, if your account is compromised, the hacker could just come back to this thread and edit/delete whatever address you post here, so that's why I'm asking people to quote the address posted by the preceding user in this thread. Here's mine:

1FLnpvdXL6ooBpFj2LHqZxQsrxn2voj5uv

I'm not sure if this will help in most cases as scammers will simply be able to view the address input in here and use it when verifying that the account is theirs.. But they simply won't be able to prove any transactions.. For what it's worth here is one of mine for verification anyways..

Anyone offering merit for sale should be tagged. It is equivalent to buying reputation/trust.

It is indeed and those that do it should be banned. As you can see, what it will come to will be a merit selling scheme which sucks..

⭐ Merited by Gatorelf (1)

Ok, I'll start off by saying I do see the method in the madness here with the new ranking rules.. BUT..

As an older user of bitcointalk that had an account compromised with no btc address or signed accounts, I agree with the "Merit" System for ranking. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0)

There are users and profiteers that hold several accounts in order to get AirDrops in order to resell (and for no other reason at all.. It totally pisses me off).

I've had to claw my way back to this Jr Member status which IS my one-and-only account in bitcointalk.

How about we regulate and report those posting to buy Sr Member accounts in order to scam. I feel that these profiteers have really screwed the system that we all know and love. Perhaps a section JUST for Air Drops with more strict moderation?

Next we will start seeing people offering Merits for sale? I don't know.. Anyway. It's always a few bad apples that spoil the bunch.

I'd hate to sound like a YouTube Vlog  - BUT

"If you like the topic, please send a "Merit" and you'll be given (lets say something like Amazon Gift card etc etc.. or a Ferrari perhaps"

You get my Jist.. Any ideas how to stop multiple accounts I think is worthwhile.. Maybe 2FA or something along those lines.. VPN's are pretty futile as anyone can have expressVpn or others to open mulitiple accounts.. I'm just pulling at straws here..

I like this change a lot. Hopefully we'll see an increase in post quality.

I couldn't agree more with you. The sheer amount of FUD posted by multi-account holders in order to gain attention (or be at least a Sr Member in order to receive airdrops etc) is horrendous and I'm quite tired of being scammed (to be honest).

I'm now a bottom feeder as me old account was compromised and unsigned (so I need to work my way back up the ladder again).. Lotion for promotion I think they call it. Smiley

Need more details on this.  How are they getting money out without exchanges?  How do you know that they are whales and what's this about LTC?

I want to know the answer to this too - are they using local bitcoin? Or are they making trips abroad to buy their bitcoin?
I was wondering too, if they still have bitcoin or alts,or will they just hold it until they revealed that something big from them, will they just keep it long till they accept again exchanges. Or they have some connections from other country to do their trading, well we all don't know yet what's in Chinese mind.

For Chinese traders and Gamers (casino's and gambling) - HK, Macau and Russia is where it's at. I know 10 people I can transfer btc right now to and have that amount minus a few % sitting there in chips, ready in a paid room in Macau. Like I said before there isn't a financial wall around China.

Ok, I'm a junior member but been in btc for a long time (in crypto years).

I'm currently doing some business in China and HK and over the past few days there have been some very big market movers and shakers that I get to knock around with when I'm here, and they are all speculating the same outcome (which tends to be strange). These guys (whales if you like) almost always say the complete opposite to bluff each other out..

Yesterday was different as I found they all had the same positive thoughts on BTC as the US media keeps dumping all over BTC (as they're paid to do while the banks and fat cats buy up as much as possible). Now LTC (which there is some type of secret about and big joint partnership of some kind) is really what they are most impressed about.. I really wanna Know what the deal is (if anyone can spill the beans?)

Anyways, Some have diversified 10% into ETH and some into other alts such as NEO, ADA and OMG..

I was beginning to feel quite negative about the whole crypto scene and truly thinking about selling up.. Until yesterday anyway. All I can say is hold on and look ahead for the future as the Chinese aren't anywhere near out of the game.. They're just smarter (as usual)

That's my 2 Sats for the day...

Stay positive and trade on Guys and Gals..

Peace! Cool

1) We have no way of knowing if you're who you claim to be. Please back up your claims somehow if you want to be relevant on these forums.

2) No one said the Chinese were out of the game, it's just fact that the government pushed regulations against miners and that's what messed the market up. That has nothing to do with Chinese citizens maybe using Bitcoin to trade or even being in the crypto currency market via other means.

3) No one knows if you actually have contact with whales. Prove it or don't make false claims.

I'm not really sure if I need to state who or what I am, I've been in crypto for a long time (well in crypto since mid 2011 anyway). What can I do to make it relevant.. Post pics of my fingers with the smog in the background again? I'm not posting a live wallet link here but am more than happy to show you what I've squandered and how I met with other crypto holders. Hange on, here is a link to my gaming wallet. I met quite a few of the bigger guys when gaming with btc.. https://blockchain.info/address/1GjCJBMAikKAYPjUh8QXNTj3eQkqRGLWNH

A pic I took a couple weeks ago with wasted physical btc?

https://imgur.com/a/poLaU

umm.. What else.

I think I don't really need to try and prove myself as I was simply making a statement and just telling it how it is here.. There's so much bullshit that is being put out there to turn people off and it's basically all about the silly paper funny money and what btc is worth. I like the life I live in and am content living this way.

Also, would like pics as proof that you are in China!  Take a picture with four fingers up in front of a landmark.  You don't have to be in the picture, just need your hand with 4 fingers.   Wink

Ok, Feel like an idiot for doing this, but here are pics out of my apartment in China. I was in Beijing where I met up with people I've known in crypto since 2012 and yep indeed they're whales. There are no landmarks here in Cangzhou (hebei) and the best I'm gonna give you is pics out of the window as it's too bloody cold outside here.

https://imgur.com/a/hDMA4

The majority of Chinese BTC is done between the wealthy OTC direct and using banks in HK.. I never mentioned any Chinese exchanges as they don't trust them. Come here and see the cash economy for what it is..

There isn't a financial wall around china and moving funds for the wealthy doesn't change in any country.

Enjoy your smog filled air pics as I breathe the shit when I go outside.
