I have been trying to withdraw my ETH for 5 days now, I've tried over 20 times. The confirmation email never comes. The crap they put on their twitter page about their emails going to your spam folder is nothing but lies. These guys are just low life pos scammers...

I also suggest posting a review about their exchange/service/support and sending them a message through their facebook page

Same situation here. I stupidly decided to join coinexchange to buy some smaller coins, so deposited some ETH there. I couldn't really decide what to buy, found the site super slow, so then decided to withdraw. Thats when the fun and games begin. They tell you they will send you a confirmation email to withdraw. That email never ever comes. I've been waiting 4 days now. If you send a message to support, they just tick the matter as resolved and then dont respond to any further messaging. The smug pr*cks then spout off on twitter about how they are flooded with support messages and will get to yours but they never do. What ever you do DON'T JOIN COINEXCHANGE. There are masses of people on twitter trying to get their coins back, 99% of messages get ignored.
