1x GTX GIGABYTE 3GB

When I connect 3x GTX ASUS DUAL 6GB PC detects only 2 cards, when I change the card for GIGABYTE it shows 3.

The problem is that it can't show 3 GTX ASUS DUAL 6GB Cards, when I swap cards all the time only 2 are working fine.

It is safe to order this miner? How can I be sure that they won't run with my money.

I got 1x GTX1060 aSUS DUAL 6gb and 1x GTX 1060 3GB GIGABYTE

They both drain 470W  at the wall.
At the beginning it was around 270W, I don't know why it started to take so much.Any solutions?

117W On the wall for the whole rig, 72W only for the card.
