Targeted Marketing Databases for as little as $5!
by
kamronk
on 17/10/2016, 02:18:14 UTC
Hello  Grin

Lots of people scour over Google to find businesses that would be interested in their product or service.

I've developed a system to produce spreadsheets containing the following information:

  • Business Names
  • Num of Employees
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Website
  • Email Address(s)

I've had some recent success on fiverr (https://www.fiverr.com/kamronkennedy/create-your-marketing-list) and am now dabbling in some telemarketing as well.

I'd be happy to build files for bitcoin! I'm in the process of getting a consumer based web app up and running to sell these files (it will definitely accept bitcoin), currently everything is behind locked doors through my companies web portal though, so all sales have to go through me.

Let me know if there are any questions, I also offer the ability to cross reference any information (for example, I have checked each listing with a website, for any links to online booking agents; this list was prepared for a competitor in the online hotel booking industry).

Hooray! An offer Cheesy

Is there a timeline you were hoping to close on things?

I was thinking of continuing to take offers for another couple weeks? Maybe until October 10th?

BitcoinIntroduction.com taking all offers for the domain and/or website
by

Hello  Grin

Last year I finished up an introductory bitcoin book and attempted to build a website to help market the book.

Well, I've got some reviews on the book, but marketing the book has been more effectively done elsewhere, not the website.

I'd like to sell the domain and/or website. If you would like the website, I will toss in free hosting for 6 - 12 months depending on the bid price and the amount of traffic you begin to receive (if it wrecks my VPS we will have to discuss other options for you).

Minimum bid I'd ask for is $25.

The website can be found here: https://bitcoinintroduction.com/

Also, if you have anything holding you back from purchasing it such as:

  • If it had a forum, I'd buy it.
  • If it accepted donations, I'd buy it

or anything else, please let me know! I can add somethings onto the site to try and make it more appealing to try and get more $ for it.

Thanks for looking!

Announcing and releasing the software of what used to be the Staker, open source. Thought some folks still lurking here may be interested.

Here on BT
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1317415.0

Reddit
https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/3zofrq/open_source_web_based_wallet_ui_designed_for/

Last I heard from Darren (ACAD), he told me he had something he thought I was going to love, and then I noticed he started making changes to the BTI facebook page and it was now Brain Technologies...I guess I just assumed the new account here was his. I honestly don't know, nor do I care.

Regardless, the web UI could still be beneficial to people so I'm sharing it and have published an updated version of it's source to my own account.
https://github.com/kamronk/AtHomeWallet

I've also written up a blog post containing deployment instructions:
http://kamronk.com/bitcoin-wallet/

I'm still keeping myself busy as usual and hope all is well with everyone else also Smiley

Cheers guys

Web based wallet UI for micro-PCs
by
kamronk
on 06/01/2016, 17:17:31 UTC
Hey guys!

A while back I was the developer for a project called The Staker
http://cointelegraph.com/news/113996/blockchain-technologies-inc-releases-staker-a-customizable-hardware-wallet

The guy who convinced me to build it had promised me a share of revenue and that he was going to market and sell devices, this was not accomplished and he has since gone MIA.

So, I thought this project would be best open source
https://github.com/kamronk/AtHomeWallet

I've written a blog post about this application, and have provided deployment instructions in case you would like a password protected web based UI for your rasb pi or other micro-PC that has a cryptocurrency wallet installed on it.

The blog post with instructions can be found here:
http://kamronk.com/bitcoin-wallet/

Screenshots of a bitcoin version of the UI can be seen here as well:
http://imgur.com/JCXWqSE,1jBOmj8,vfm1Smo,MY2FYpB,VvmDq0x#0

It can work for any cryptocurrency that utilizes the standard JSON-RPC interface and functions found in the original bitcoin source. The list of cryptocurrencies that don't support this interface, is much shorter than the list of them that do.

So, it can work with almost any altcoin, as well as bitcoin.

I'm not sure where else I should be sharing this, so please let me know if this is not the proper forum (or mods feel free to move please).

With the recent popularity of 21.co's device, I thought people may be of interest in this type of app as well as the instructions to deploy and use it.

Please let me know if you have any questions, recommendations or issues found in the code. I'd like to make this as useful as possible.

He has already replied about this in the above post.
"Technically, no, because I'm under the KDP program and have agreed to keep distribution on Amazons platform exclusively."

Yes, I have responded to you via PM to let you know what is possible, but technically Amazon exclusively is responsible for distribution.

Is it possible to get a free copy of your ebook without having to register for an amazon account?

Technically, no, because I'm under the KDP program and have agreed to keep distribution on Amazons platform exclusively.

I PM'd you though on what I am able to do though Smiley

Hello!

The book is free for today (wednesday, Nov 18), and if I generate enough interest I'd be willing to schedule another free promo in order to get some reviews.

The book can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/Bitcoin-Introduction-What-want-know-ebook/dp/B017SAGLN4/

It's only about 43 pages (8.5x11), so if you have some spare time and would like to make sure it's not full of bad info or propaganda, please do take a gander and let me know what you think (preferably using amazons reviews).

Any/All feedback is really appreciated.

Re: [ANN][MINT] Mintcoin Earth Friendly Lighting Fast 15% PoS - New Wallet Coming Up
by
kamronk
on 13/07/2015, 14:51:40 UTC
Hello everybody!

I'm pretty late on getting help on this, but has anyone seen this error before when starting up the mintcoin daemon

Quote
root@bigsmall:~/Mintcoin-Desktop-Wallet/src# ./mintcoind
mintcoind: main.cpp:2585: bool LoadBlockIndex(bool): Assertion `block.GetHash() == (!fTestNet ? hashGenesisBlock : hashGenesisBlockTestNet)' failed.
Aborted

Some notes to add to the context here:

I'm building the daemon on an ARM processor, and had to remove a number of arguments in the make files that pertained to i86 processors. The daemon built successfully after a number of error resolutions that most of which pertained to ARM processors.

Is there any other info I could provide on this? (OS = ubuntu 14.04, mintcoin source direct from github)

Winners have been emailed! Smiley

I'll let the winners expose themselves if they'd like to. Turns out the 1st place winner also won the hat from 3rd place, there were two winners all together.

If you did not receive an email by this time, you most likely did not win. Keep an eye on your inboxes though! We will have a special offer coming soon for all of those that played Smiley

Thanks again!

LBC Traders: Interested in moving your business onto your own site?
by
kamronk
on 16/06/2015, 03:46:06 UTC
I currently have a working model for LBC traders to move their business onto their own website.

Right now it is focused towards cash deposits at banks/CU's. It could be built for something else though for an upcharge.

The standard suite would come with a complete customer front end with emails at each step, order status checks and instructions. With a single page back end for management as well as emails to your own email address to notify you of new orders.

I also would have add-ons available such as: a blog for digital marketing, social media automation to keep activity steady, custom reports, and anything else you need on top of the standard package i can provide a quote on.

Would this be of any interest to people? I was thinking 2btc per standard package, and 0.2btc per month for hosting.

5 days till someone gets a staker Smiley
I see our dev team great why not do somethingsimilar leocoin
leoxchange.com     Undecided

I'll let one cat out of the bag here. This is one of the things we have been discussing lately, an altcoin exchange of all crypto's paired against BTI. We feel its a required tool towards building our own economy. Sadly our progress is very slow moving with only having one in house dev: me. If anyone knows of any web devs looking to grab a bag of BTI and help out feel free to spread the word! Smiley I am able work with just about any type of dev so long as they can produce.

Edit: I also have a functioning architecure for most of it in java (backend) although the trading engine we're open to recommendations.
