Re: I never sold my First bitcoin. Are you also emotionally bound to bitcoin?
by

This is ridiculous, bitcoin is not a pet, why should you do that? Holding bitcoin is advantageous, but using bitcoin as a means of payment is also important for the survival of bitcoin and other crypto money.

Re: My small advice about crypto market

You can not influence people to do what you want, bitcoin is freedom, whether it is used for trade, investment or as a means of payment.
No matter what bitcoin you have, you will not be able to organize people. You can only manage bitcoin and your wishes, but I think it would be better if people can use their bitcoin wisely.

Bitcoin is very flexible, depending on your desire to use bitcoin like. Bitcoin investments are profitable, but using bitcoin as a means of payment is also important. I think it would be better if I could use bitcoin for both.

The value of the crypto money is determined by the bitcoin value and the high demand of the person on the coin. To view the list of listed coin prices, you can take a look at Coin Market Cap.

Re: Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment?
by

Bitcoin is still the best choice for investment but it takes a lot of patience.
I think buying bitcoins from borrowed money is not a good way, the risk of losing for bitcoin investments is too great and will give you more costs when you incur losses.
Better to use the money you have and measure your ability to lose capital.

Re: INDIA KEEPS BAN IN PLACE,ANY THOUGHTS?

Although the Central Bank of India prohibits the exchange of bitcoin with rupee currency but the government still provides support for trading and use of bitcoin and this could be an opportunity for everyone to be able to use their bitcoin without having to exchange it in rupee currency.
But it takes a lot of people and merchants who want to receive payments using bitcoins.

Re: Did you buy bitcoin in December 2017?

Most people buy bitcoin when prices skyrocket, but once the price goes down, they are disappointed. They should understand that inflation in bitcoin is common and they should be prepared to lose the money they invest.

I do not think so. You say it because you do not benefit from bitcoin but out there there are many people who use bitcoin in real terms, they use it for various things, either just as an investment tool, or a means of payment.
If you say bitcoin has no fans, you're wrong. Even many people from poor countries use bitcoin as a means of payment for their trade.

I think the use of electricity with solar power is very helpful to offset the cost of electricity spending for mining. Some countries like South Africa have even used this alternative, but because the climate there is so hot, the miners there need a lot of computer cooling machines.

Re: Could Governments & Banks manipulate the price like this?
by
kangen riko

People continue to make speculation and blame each other, as if by looking for the cause the value of bitcoin can rise again. Pumps can be done by anyone who has a lot of money and people always identify that whales are price breakers. Just like us, whales also trade, also want a profit and they have the right to sell their bitcoin for profit.

I thought it was a good movie, a lot of information I could take from the documentary. Bitcoin was created for the sake of freedom, against the pressures of the government and the banks. I think it's natural that bitcoin has many haters.

Re: Legal guns to protect from government = bitcoin to protect from banks?
by
kangen riko

Yes, you are right. Bitcoin is the key to freedom for society from government and bank pressure. But for bitcoin banks like rebellions, banks are always trying to take advantage of deposits but bitcoin is not, bitcoin pumps their money who wants to invest or trade. Bitcoin also frees people from taxes, though for now many governments are willing to legalize bitcoin but that does not mean they will remain silent without taking advantage.

Re: Cryptocurrencies Can Never Replace Fiat – Says EU report
by

They mean not bitcoin but crypto made by the government. I think crypto made by big companies will not even be able to compete in the market, let alone replace bitcoin as the foundation of crypto money and the global currency of the future.
It takes a lot of fans to become a global currency as well as a truly sophisticated technology, lots of altcoins are popping up but only bitcoins can survive and dominate the market. And Satosi's dream of making bitcoin a global payment tool is not impossible because there are now many places in different countries willing to accept bitcoin as a means of payment.

There is nothing mysterious about whales, they trade, pumping coins, just like you but the difference is they have more money than you, they come to buy in bulk because they want a bigger profit and I think that's a natural thing.

This is ridiculous, Satoshi has long since disappeared and made himself anonymous. He covers his identity so bitcoin is not a contention for the government and I think there is no reason for him to claim bitcoin back, let alone for popularity.

Re: BTC payments in PHILIPPINES

Maybe in this way you can encourage people to visit the Philippines, but I think this is good news. In many parts of the world, bitcoin is also accepted by many traders as a means of payment. Like the Philippines, in Indonesia there are also many places that accept bitcoin as a means of payment. Maybe next time you can visit there, to taste the typical Indonesian cuisine and pay it using your bitcoin.

Re: South Africa set to Launch fully-functional Bitcoin ATM

Africans have long used bitcoin as a real means of payment and the existence of bitcoin ATMs will make it easier for people to make bitcoin shipments. In Thailand, Indonesia and some other developing countries there is also ATM bitcoin and bitcoin usage as a real means of payment is evidence that bitcoin has been trusted by the public at large.

Bitcoin is like a roller coaster and is unlikely to expect that bitcoin values can be stable unless people want to use bitcoin as a means of payment and not as an investment tool. And the fall of bitcoin at the moment, not for the first time. But I'm sure bitcoin can still survive in the digital world.
