Sure it all looks shady, but if he can provide us with pictures of the cards, and screengrabs of them working, some previous builds hes done etc to establish some kind of proof of life, then I am willing to do business.
And incase hes running a straight up scam, he should stick to OLX

And on EthOS? Those cards draw 180W each, so 6 cards would burn that 1000W PSU unless you undervolt, so how are you undervolting on ethOS?
Also what brand/buiild are the Rx 580 8GB cards? What brand/make are the GTX 1080ti's? Can you post some pictures here of the rigs that you build and/or cards?
