I know the TARIC and Bitmain provided me with the invoice with seal and signature and everything. But I'm trying to avoid the broker fees fedex is charging me to clear it. 60% of the item price. For the PSU alone worth 100euro they charge me 140euro lol.
Greece is a 3rd world country mate unfortunately. We don't have a customs webpage. But EU rules should still apply. If in EU you can clear it yourself no matter the worth you should be able to do it here too and they're trying to scam me telling me I can't.

Who has purchased a miner in European Union? Has anyone cleared customs himself without a customs agents? The gang of import agents and couriers keep telling me that I can't do the procedure myself for items that expensive. I can't find any ference of that on the internet.

About custom clearances in Europe and more specifically the EU. I'm located in Greece. Assholes in FedEx are trying to force me their own customs agent with extreme high charges. They sent me an invoice for ~600 euro for items worth 1360dollars!! 60%!!!
When I told them I'll clear it myself they told me I can't because the item's worth is too high. I call BS. You can import cars ffs. I've seen people here from all over Europe that cleared customs themselves. All EU has the same rules and laws.
Now I have to pay them a visit myself to kick their asses. Nah I won't do that. Heh.

NVM in the email they sent me to inform me that it's shipped they have attached invoice with company stamp and everything. Damn bitmain you thought of everything, have't you?

I think DHL is trying to scam people all over the world. A friend of mine got some unrelated stuff (vga ports, cables etc.) from China with DHL and they also told him you can't import these if you're not a business and they said they can clear customs themselves for an extra cost. He really needed the stuff and they scared him a bit so he paid. I'm in South Europe.

Yeah pretty much figured. For example CHNcoin is almost 3 times more profitable than LTC but nowhere to actually echange it with a more popular crypto to sell it! Yep BTC-E is my favorite!

I got a shipping confirmation 3 days ago that my miner is ready to ship before the 15th in first buy first ship basis. But 3 days after, it hasn't shipped and no new mails.

The other more profitable coins are much harder to turn to fiat currency though, aren't they?

I initially ordered for May!! But Bitman couldn't process my payment and they bumped me to July unfortunately. But I got a free power supply from it.
I did not have any more money for more machines haha. I tried to persuade friends for a group buy but they chickened out. Oh well I'll wait for next gen miner for more machines :p
