Binance became on the most popular exchanges for 1 year. I think if the project is really good, it won't be a problem to compete with the established ones. Product is the most important for every project.

There is doubt that all your points are very important for successful ICOs but I want to add that it's important that project must be very popular. There should be hype around it, like BitTorrent

Yes, of course there are mostly scam. But there are also quality projects. For example, just check icodrops. There are a lot of interesting ICOs for investing. You all want to make easy money in short term but big money are in long-term.
