From many investors I heard good response for NEO and Litecoin. I know both are great altcoin in today's market. But in case of investing and to get profit quickly which coin do you recommend.
For the long term I chose Neo, and for quick profit I also chose NeoWell...i wish i would have been a very buoyant crypto trader before then so that i can be a stable trader like some were
A good question being in crypto community. Well i wish to get ride of all pending economic issues and start working towards earning and multiplying my capital. I have hope in crypto and yes this is going to enhance my life as well as like other do have. Here we go again. There other things than money that you can invest with. For example, you can invest your emotion to someone, and you can invest your time and effort on doing bounty campaigns.For your question, no. I mean technically you can earn, but doing transactions to make those tokens into fiat would still require GAS fee or ETH. Therefore, you need to buy at least a bit of those for you to sell your tokens.

First you need to know there is no guarantee that your coin will give profits that you were looking for.Altcoins are different from ICO tokens but basically investing into any ICOs is much riskier than investing on altcoins since many tokens were never listed on exchanges and some were turning into scams.If you interested in bitcoins still then you can buy how much bitcoin you can affoed then you can make profits according to how much you were invested.I want to hold token. Dont follow the advices of most people in here, they will advice to invest on their coins, or in the coins that they are working for.
If you want to invest in altcoins, just put your money in those that you think that are worth it, and that will grow a lot in a few months/years from now.

If you really wanna invest for a long term (year or more) then choose only fundamentally strong coins, and preferentially select blockchains like EOS, ETH, FSN and others. Almost all of them have good potential to give a huge profit on a long distance.
so I am very supportive to run a much more convincing and profitable long-term investment.
Hi everyone, I have read a lot of information and comments about the ETH.. A lot of people are trusting and confident that ETH has a lot of potential in terms of growth. But I also see a lot of comments that it's a myth and that those people who are confident are like that because they are hoping for ETH to bubble up like btc did once before. So I would like to know what do you think will happen to BTC, ETH and the whole crypto market this 2018. Is it possible to have a bullish market again?

For beginners, it is risky because they still have little knowledge about the reliable websites and campaigns to join to. They are highly at risk when it comes to scammers. Also if they don't know the analysis of the values, they might end up investing at a bad time. The least they can do is to ask the ones who already joined in crypto and have already a long time experience. Also, search as much as possible about crypto related topics like how the system works and how to see if the websites you join to is reliable and trustworthy.
This is not good because everything was a green light. even the analysts from Cointelegraph bought Bitcoin because they were so confident!
It's a BTC bullish sign so it is GOOD news for all ALTS. you must understand the market as a whole before you try to trade it.

Is price of bitcoin so high (compared to altcoins) because it is so much superior or is it just because it is THE coin - the original one.

That's why I keep invest on bitcoin every month and yes.. it was a good decision for me as for now I can sold them for profit.
It's more profitable than a gold, IMO !

Yes, I am making long term investment. I have held many altcoins since one year now and I have come to experience that it does work all the time. Also we should take note of one important thing here, when we do a long term investment then it could be the case that crypto project may failed in between. So thats upto us how to look forward in this long term type of holding process. But I surely believe in the long term holding only, it can give us more than 5-10x hikes in a year and some coins are literally going 500% or more. We also noted last years bitcoin's hike and other crypto's hike. So for better results always go for this method.
Its finding REAL business acceptance in all financial areas. In a year from now, wave is at $50.000 and bitcoin is at $5 again because nobody has a use for bitcoin anymore.

In my opinion waves will rise in price very much in long-term. But 50000 dollar is not realistic. Of course your idea about Bitcoin price shows that you are joking.

Recently, I was thinkig. Is there really any reason for the BTC to be the market leader? The only thing that is giving the value to BTC is pretty much the fact, that it was the first crypto currency. It is the grandfather of all cryptos. But we know it has its flaws... It was never designed for broad usage, it has scaling issues and so on.
On the other hand, we were given ETH. The Crypto Kitties or w/e the awesome internet meme ETH appliction is called showed us, that ETH network has issues with high amounts of usage. BUT, 90% of all altcoins are based on the ERC-20 standard, brought to us by ETH. The smart contracts using the Solidity are extremly good piece of technolgy.
So my question is. Do you think, that BTC will keep its leadership, or will ETH be the winner of this year and surpass its ancestor?

Newbie here... I've been thinking about buying my first crypto. I think I want to buy ETH, but wondering if I missed the boat already?

I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

Indeed, the best thing to do is to hold. We should not panic just because major cryptomarket is falling, that's just oart of every coins' market value volatility and nothing's new with this scenario. Like what usually happens with the declines, their market value will eventually increase and patience is a virtue. I think the current dip is caused by two factors:
1. Binance API fail
2. MtGOX guy selling coins for 400M.
But the marker seems stable around 9K and alts seems to get a slight recover.

At the moment I am holding Bitcoins, but I have invested in some Ether as well.
Now I am wondering, what are legitimate concerns about Ether (except for IPO, as I've already read this in a lot of posts).
So can anyone bring real other issues to the table, to enlighten me (and maybe a lot of other readers?)

thats the key, i will only trust in bitcoin, i mean that every trade i made, i made it to get more bitcoins, in the end, is just to get more bitcoins, so to reply you about the main question, is to yes, go into eth if there is a good Price , not like now atm that i'm writing this, since i really think is overvalued now.
