Staying away from the ICOS is the best advice I would give to someone new here.
Too many scam accusations and not enough GOV regulation, you dont know what youre in for in the long run
Maybe if GOV start to adopt BTC, then I will take my chances again in ICO

As a 2017/2018 ICO investor, I'm 100% agree with you. The ICO market could reborn on the next bull run or after regulation. Right now is a good time to hold your assets or maybe reinvest them into cryptos that pay dividends. In that case, this list of top cryptos by dividends ROI might help you https://cryptodividend.io.

the main advice for newbie investors is they should wait for right time to invest in cryptocurrencies especially now the market is down better to invest never invest when the market prices are high

That's a piece of right advice! Also, you can try investing in dapps which pays dividends. Here is the list of crypto dapps https://cryptodividend.io with the biggest dividend ROI.

There are several ways to reinvest crypto to earn more crypto. Here are some examples:
Breeding: cryptokitties, fishbank, etc.
Resale: openbazaar, landhodler, etc.
Gambling: bitstars, mbit, betcoin and others.

Has anyone had experience with these sites? Are there other examples of reinvestment?

Have you invested in cryptos that pay dividends? While ICO market in 2019 RIP it's a great opportunity IMO. Here is the list of the top paying cryptos in terms of dividend ROI https://cryptodividend.io

I feel the whales are in control of the manipulation and the continuous bearish market, it is strategic to keep waiting and expect the bull run to commence, am still investing, better to invest than sell as this time,  since the market is yet to recover.
I have a few coins, and I want to sell them. maybe a few moments, the investment desire came to my mind, but I couldn't do it before I could sell the assets that I had. so, I will sell the assets that I have at the time that I think is right.

If your coin are one of those which are only of few cents and does not look that it can sustain for next six months then better to sell it and buy better coins which will give you a good rise and might also help you to become millionaire if the demand of that coin surges very quickly.

I think investing is the best in this moment if you have a lots of extra money. And hold and wait for the best time.

Agree 100% + nowadays lots of the dapps pays dividends for the holders (you have to stake your coins). I'm using https://cryptodividend.io - this is the list of top dividend paying cryptos.

So, now that we are in a bear market, I am no longer considering doing an ICO or security token offering and whatnot.
I still love crypto and I want to work on this sector.
What do you suggest I do, in terms of making a web site and making money with crypto.
I am good at statistics.
have you tried investing in dapps which pays dividends? Here is the list of crypto dividends leaders https://cryptodividend.io

The site shows this message: "The domain name stochastically.com is for sale!". Is it closed? So far I'm using https://cryptodividend.io which is updated daily and shows real crypto dividend ROI.

Noticed a video https://youtu.be/TK7kto5Mu-Q where some EOS dapp was presented. After the investigation, I found out that dapp is super old one (like 3+ months) which is not usual on EOS dapps scammy market  Grin Grin Grin According to https://cryptodividend.io/ it holds #5 position for quite a long period of time and personally for me the real rank for EOS Rayale should be #2, right after TRONbet. All others are scammy to me. I invested in it and having almost 1% daily ROI, which is really not that bad!  Should be around 25% monthly -> 4 months to break even. Of course not financial advice just sharing my thoughts.
