Do we know who actually mined it? I mean we can assume it’s the person throwing monster hash, but it’s possible someone else actually found it, right? Or will that have to wait until the wallet issues are resolved? Pretty decent block reward (0.18BTC, I believe).

Yes, quick response. Admin is investigating an issue with payout address. Not sure exactly what, but my guess (just guessing) is that it’s related to the fact that it’s been a while since our last block and the address hasn’t been accessed in a while.

yes that is right. the link works only if under that address a valid share are incoming on the solo pool server.

Am I able to extend my 5 to 7, or would I have to commit to another block of 5?  If so, I'll extend 2 more.  It'll take a few days for the hold to clear once I transfer.
