So to my understanding OL is planning to conduct partnerships with startups wanting to have controlled quantity manufacturing within their respective countries. Probably they will pay per unit. There will also the ability to outsource more than their manufacturing, administration logistics all will be hosted within the OL ecosystem.

A second income stream would be the ability for anyone interested replicating the factory’s process, they could “buy” the idea and build it themselves.

An there will be also the ability for any established players to buy the rights of exclusivity in the manufacturing process for a given industry.

Imho they should extend it. It's almost X-mas, most people are on vacations these days. I am waiting some friends of mine to join it soon too, but not sure if they will do before the deadline.
