Well you have to adjust for all the rejects... I have 5 MH - and your pool bounces from 2.8-4.5 in accepted. On other pools like yours I have < 3-5% rejects. So calculating pr MH accepted is giving slight misrepresentation of real returns. With pure LTC mining I have < 2% rejects - so my net rate would be about 4.9 MH.

Right now CM reports my rate (hourly) as 3.25 vs the 5 I have. My miner reports 11% reject +2% stale. That should NOT result in a measured CM rate of 3.25.

Nah - my offer of 5 coins stand. At current rates it would take me about 2 months to earn back again electricity included - and then maybe if i'm lucky a 2-3 coin profit. But with all the new 2TH devices shipping over the next few months - that is a huge risk to take.

I earn more consistent coin from my 5 MH scrypt setup than I would do from the 800+ GH miner. (Last 30 days 2.09 btc - 30 days before that 2.25 btc - that is < 10% drop in revenue on same hardware over 60 days - where pure BTC mining drops about 50% pr month) - so financially it would make more sense just to spend the money on another 5 MH scrypt setup....

I must say I am disappointed in a refund in USD. I paid via eBay/Paypal for 2 shares - and paid for 1 upgrade via BTC. But what I paid for (and paid overprice for vs BTC rate at the time) was DZ services to convert the $165 into 1.55 BTC at the time. The group-buy documents says and I quote "I (DZ) do not intend to make a profit on it - I am doing this as a service". But taking the 6+? shares sold via Paypal and "confiscate" currency gains in the period for own the the rest of the Group Buy's profit - goes against the general line of agreement when it was done.  Taking 6 shares x 1.55 BTC = 10 BTC from some GB owners - and distribute to ONE person or the rest of the group - would give those persons a comparable PROFIT on the transaction.

I think to be fair - any refunds should be refunded in the % of what we own of the GB. Not what we initially paid. We have ALL taken the EXACT VALUE same risk for the exact same time. If we get USD back - I'm happy getting refund in USD for my shares on equal footing with other owners even if that means a loss for me. If the GB gets BTC back - everyone has gotten the BTC currency gain - and everyone should be rewarded equally. Anything else would not be fair - and that refund policy would be in line with the language and intent used in the GB.

As a professional investor for 20+ years - I'll give you a bit of free advice. You are trying get investor seed money valuation your site at 750 BTC.  How do you get to that valuation?

To have a 750 BTC valuation - you will need professional business plans, show a history of revenue and future revenue that will pay back the seed investor. And the seed investor needs to earn back his investment PLUS profit. And you do not mention of you have a gaming license?

So I would say - back to the drawing board.....
