Whatever's cheapest works. Generally this tends to be biostar or ASRock boards, TB85 or Pro BTC. Haswell chips have gotten more expensive in the recent months, even the dual core Celeron and Pentium chips, but they're still the standard for mining.

head to www.bittawmart.com guys we have many available

How much shipped to Palmerston North? When is the delivery?

Cheers,

End of January.

Shipping will be approx 10 USD for NZ

Why your domain is only 48days old and from Canada, but you are from NZ ? https://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/bittawmart.com
You realize people can host websites in different places than the country they reside in and Bittawm just made this website for sales a short time ago? He has confirmed he owns the website and that it is legit.

Re: will Altcoins Survive
by

Altcoins have always existed and they always will exist alongside Bitcoin. The definition of an alt will change over time as it was first considered to be anything other than BTC but it's slowly changing. They have uses and will continue to exist.

Just go buy some from a local exchange. If you'd tell us what country you're from we can direct you to a local exchange where you can purchase BTC or you can use localbitcoins to find someone selling BTC for cash/other methods of payment near you. HODLing is the best strategy imo.

People have to find excuses to stop Bitcoin and this is just another one of those excuses. Does it happen? Yes, but also no. The statement that Crypto is used for money laundering is unclear which is the entire point of the statement.

I feel like eBit could have some potential. They've got a promising platform and haven't put too much money into bounties to prevent initial dumping. In addition, the tokens are still price quite low. Perfect time to get in.

Re: SCAM ICOs?
by
kekman1337

Most scam ICOs are blatant scams with shitty front pages and copy-pasted material on their sites. Others actually include scammers in their 'team', and you need to do some digging and research to find such things. It's difficult to do for every ICO but there are usually people that do the heavy lifting in most ICO threads.

Re: Easiest way to earn bitcoin

easiest way would be to join a signature campaign which would reward you well with partial free coins
signature campaign you can earn there but make sure that you do follow the instruction and the rules of course this is number one so that you could not kicked on the signature campaign rewards are so awesome also.
Yes, better concentrate on signature campaign here in this forum. Spend more time here. Read more threads and replies. These will enrich knowledge on bitcoin. The posts will be very valuable and more constructive to the points. We can trade. But one should be experienced in it before pitching into this business or consult with the experts before starting up with this. We have other ways to earn bitcoins here in this forum. Mining, playing games, gambling and etc. All require a good time, experience and knowledge before proceeding with one of these.

earning with signature campaigns is easiest way but only for those people who are well educated and who will have a good understanding of bitcoin and who will be expert in discussion and forum rules. But still we cannot say it as a reliable way to earn as with signature campaigns we only earn a smaller amount of bitcoins.
to join and use the signature campaign maybe you just need to understand the basis of bitcoin and you master the topic or thread would you comment. yeah I also recognize that this method is a method that is very easy and fun. but I think not all users can do that, they must have an account with a minimum rank of junior members to follow the campaign Siganture

It also is very difficult for some to maintain a good, constant post quality. There are sections for everyone on this forum, no matter how smart you are, and everyone has a say. It's just how one voices their opinion. Your posts can be long but pointless, and short but strong; length itself is insufficient to prove bad post quality. If it doesn't contribute to the conversation, don't post. Very simple.

as long as it is not abandoned in terms of hashrate and userbase, then bitcoin should last a very long time in the future. I don't see many competitors as of now and it is looking good for bitcoin.

I assume someone who has been Mining since early 2010 but is a "Newbie" Rank on this Forum can't join the signature campaign?
Since the campaign is rank-based, it's safe to assume that you won't be accepted. Don't worry, it doesn't take long to get to Jr member and even just member. Make sure you don't spam to get there Smiley

Re: People hate Bitcoins?

kekman1337

People don't hate bitcoin for no reason, they probably have lost something and are mad at the coin because of that reason. You can't shift everyone's opinion, but you can make them at least neutral about bitcoin if you give them some reasons why it's useful. Other than that, haters will be haters. Ignore them.

Re: how double my btc
by
kekman1337
on 18/09/2016, 01:19:04 UTC
Do honest work and earn it. Doubling anything in life does not involve sitting there and waiting for money to roll in. Trading is one of the best ways to double your coins, but it can be risky-learn the basics for a few months before trying it for real. It's a pretty important skill and you can pretty much get anything through trading.

Re: How to make some Bitcoins by leaving computer on ( Auto pilot )
by
kekman1337

Autopiloting isn't profitable most of the time unless you have some insanely cheap captcha solver and some faucet bot ready to go, and even then you won't make much. If you're looking to get some more bitcoin, try doing something like posting- it gets you a lot more for a whole lot less time.

With LBC, be careful with who you're dealing with and always take the necessary security precautions to ensure that you recieve your bitcoins. The rates are occasionally good there, but Coinbase is my favorite for buying bitcoins- they're pretty secure. For now.

IRL meetings also work pretty well, but just be careful as well. I can't emphasize enough that you need to be careful, no matter who you're dealing with.

Pretty much any faucet list will work, but it's good that you've tried to help some newer members find a few satoshis and put them to good use. If you're looking for a faucet, just look at faucetbox and scroll through the faucets- not a quick cash grab, even posting here is a better way to earn bitcoins, even as a junior member.

Re: Which US presidential candidate will back Bitcoin?
by
kekman1337
on 18/09/2016, 00:41:14 UTC
This might be better off the politics section, but it's kind of inbetween, so I guess it works. I honestly don't think either of the candidates will support bitcoin, as most people just view it as a risky investment, and something that is hacked regularly and is unreliable. I'd like to see a presidential candidate support it, though.

Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet?
by
kekman1337
on 18/09/2016, 00:39:37 UTC
Both have their disadvantages- if you aren't a neat person or are lazy, a bank may still be a better choice in the end. Either way, having lots of freedom is something I enjoy and what most people in the world enjoy, so I use a bitcoin wallet. Smiley
