Our team at Esprezzo is excited to introduce Perkle! Perkle is a Proof of Work, fairly released, Ethereum-compatible blockchain and smart contract platform. The focus of this project is to provide a reliable decentralized platform on which developers can build DApps and develop decentralized technology affordably while still creating enough economic incentive to secure the network using standard blockchain supply and demand principles. We believe Proof of Work is currently the most proven, trustworthy, egalitarian and reliable method with which to achieve consensus in a decentralized environment. Perkle is meant to be used by developers, not as a speculative trading instrument. In the beginning you will need to understand how to use a full node command line wallet on Linux, Mac or Windows.

Our Story

At Esprezzo we focus on tooling for decentralized networks. Having firsthand experience with most of the major blockchain networks and projects, and also being intimately familiar with the varying levels of control, decentralization and at times, outright profiteering that happens within the space. Perkle exists to give developers a uniquely performant and egalitarian alternative to the flawed incentive structures and centralized economics present in many of today's most popular blockchain platforms. We are focused on leveraging and preserving the existing mindshare of the burgeoning Solidity and Ethereum development community.

Our main focus is tooling and providing building blocks for DApps such as wallets, rich consumer and business applications and more.

We are the team at  Esprezzo — Over the last 2 years we have been building a roster of users and advisors and have been defining genuine use cases for decentralized and smart contract technology. Most notably we have been working on Rapid Application Development tooling and a middleware platform to increase adoption of blockchain and decentralized applications by product developers. We focus on helping clients and developers understand where, when and what data makes sense to store in a decentralized manner.

Perkle exists to provide a solid and economically feasible network on which to develop and deploy our, and your, vision of the future of decentralized applications. In our view, fundamental to this is that the network economics be fair and democratic, which means a fair, pre-announced release with no premine, developer tax or other practices that create or lead to centralization. In fact our philosophy is that decentralization is the essential cornerstone element of the most innovative projects in this space.

At this time we believe the Ethereum protocol is well positioned to have the largest impact of the existing decentralized technologies. As a company focused on building solutions and tools technology, we opted to build a network that relies on and preserves the best parts of the leading protocols and projects.
