狗币这波跌不下去，还有点涨是因为开发者回来了！
预计今年会出新版点钱包，据说是可以跟ETH互发，改为POW 和POS 混合共识！
如果价格上去了，开发团队开发热情上来了，吸引新的开发者进来，那么狗币上一块问题不大！
