Reasons not to invest:

1. Shady, lying and greedy devs.

• 360M premine. Devs do not want to share their LOT address for the community to track the premine. And then there's this BS open book premine on the OP for us to stop whining about it. Seriously devs?
• Oligarchy: Around 10 people (devs + 3rd party) own about 25+% of current LOT in circulation.
  
  • Rapidballs team (500M - 1B+)
  • mrlotto (coin creator) and his team(310M+ and premine)
  • hampuz and oldminer (who are in partnership with rapidballs), thats why they always post vouchers everywhere
  • Redcoin (huge amount with mrlotto, he owns Lotwin, Coinbomb and Lottocoin Casino)
• Mrlotto (coin creator) and Hampuz (who basically owns mrlotto's account) both care too much about the value of the coin for this to be a legitimate project. Their shit advice cost many of the members here tens of BTCs. Recently they've been trying to act professionally to trick newcomers

• Another good point: these 10 guys basically are 'legitimate' scammers. They own all the lotteries and the games (RedCoin, RB). In which pocket does your hard-earned money goes when you lose at LotWinCasino?

2. Community does everything, and yet is completely ignored by the devs

• If LOT has earned its place in todays top alts, it's because of its community. Not its shitty devs.
• Many suggestions/requests from the community and the devs do not care. E.g. 30+ requests about the premine.

3. Slow development/Wrong focus/Unresponsive team

• One update every two weeks about their projects. Devs do not wish to reveal their plans for LOTs future.. But no problem, just tell the community that there are 'great things coming' and that they should scoop up more at low prices, right?
  
• Also: Nearly no activity on official forum.
• Shitty game released every week which bring no value to the coin (only to the devs pockets). I wasn't wrong about this one. Lotto horse was released about three days ago. It's complete BS.
  
• Instead they should be focusing their efforts on promoting the coin (of course, they don't care about social media promotion), chinese market, etc... but it's not happening.
  They care too much about building a huge gambling games database before pumping the coin up. That will make them even richer, right?
  

4. No superficial agenda/Branding

• No effort on the new website. Static HTML?
• Logo looks like shit. Not scalable. Funkycoin who is a web designer has thoroughly discussed about the issues of scalability/web 2.0 logo. Devs don't care.
• No promotional graphics. Accepted here buttons look like shit. Why did EAC succeed in its pump? Good branding. Not the case with LOT.

5. Massive pump and dump!

• Of course, LOT is no different. Pump the price, give some vouchers, wish for the best. Bribe noedelx and chrisiel4 some LOT for quick promotion. Everyone who suggests to invest in LOT right now is teaming with RapidBalls. See noedelx's sig.
• And again, when the team will cash out their 2B+ LOT, you'll be left with a worthless investment...

Note for newcomers: Chrisiel4 and Noedelx are both affiliated with RapidBalls, which is why they still promote this shitcoin
