Re: How long will bounty programs stay with us?
by
kenharry
on 19/09/2018, 19:36:17 UTC
I can recall that this question  has  been asked before. The need for  bounty  programs is a result of releases of new ICOs. These ICOs must be advertised all over the world for patronage. Bounty hunters cashed in on this job and keep themselves busy. So it will continue as long as new ICOs  are released and this forum is continued.

Re: SEPTEMBER.

I do not think that September will be very spectacler for investment in crypto. September like every other month, has its ups and downs in the crypto market. One cannot definitely advise that you should or not, since you  definitely want to avoid losses. Losses .cannot be ruled out in crypto investment

Re: In times like this, education is the key to survive.
by
kenharry
on 15/09/2018, 05:23:32 UTC
Education they say is the key.The blockchain  technology is a very technical knowledge that require a lot of studies to be acquainted with how it works. If one is uneducated in the rudiments of investing in crypto one will activate losses mode. Before you start working to get the experience of how to do it, so here education is more superior than experience.

Re: What's the difference beetween ICO 2017 and ICO 2018?
by
kenharry
on 14/09/2018, 02:41:25 UTC
ICOs of 2017 and 2o18 are the same in  structure. What we should be  looking at is how they fared in these years In 2017  Promoters gained from ICOs than 2018 because investors did not know some of them were scams. 2018 witnessed a proliferation of ICOs which failed because of the ripple effect of  last year's fraud. Investors are scared.

No. A higher percentage are. The assignment we have to do as potential investors is to study and research into ICOs. Go through their whitepapers crosscheck the credentials of the promoters to determine their claims. It is better to patronize a product ICO.

Re: How long time will take to market rise ?
by
kenharry
on 14/09/2018, 01:51:46 UTC
The market will go through the stages but how long it will stay at a particular stage is unpredictable. These stages are the bottom or zero stage for which a project is at its lowest price, the recovery stage which is the period of price appreciation -  an upward trend. The peak stage which the project/product has attained its maximum possible price. The falling stage is the project/product price is falling - a downward trend. With this knowledge, knowing that what is up must come down ans what is down must go up. One need not panic or unnecessarily postpone whatever investment he intends.

Re: Is it risky to buy not top 100 crypto currencies?
by
kenharry
on 14/09/2018, 01:17:24 UTC
Yes. It is risky. Buying coins outside the top 100 is more risky when considers the pre -sale bonus and jumps into it.Though every great  coins started small and unknown and later grew to what it is today.  One can buy new coins should first study the authenticity, achieveability and sustainability of the project. In speculation the higher the risk the higher the benefits. The decision must not by a third party.

Re: I just dump my coins for other coins
by

I am one of the advocates of diversification but I doubt the ingenuity in dumping stable coins like bitcoins and eth for other coins. In business profitability is cardinal but the right decision is always the best. If  one is to hold coins btc and eth should major components of the portfolio.

It is  not easy to sit and watch prices going down continuously but then one can continue to hold the valuable coins like the btc, and best to dispose of the less valuable coins.

Re: Is Your Money Safer In Crypto than at the Bank?
by
kenharry
on 13/09/2018, 06:10:40 UTC
The volatility of crypto  does not permit it as an asset. So keeping money in crypto is more risky than keeping it in banks. Though the  money kept in crypto can double or triple in no time, it can also be lost in no time. The benefit of keeping in crypto is worth the risk. Here owner's decision is paramount.

Re: Will banks disappear because of cryptocurrency?
by
kenharry
on 13/09/2018, 05:51:38 UTC
Cryptocurrency cannot push out banks for the following reasons. 1. Banks are  established by authorisation of government and government will go a long way to protect it. 2.The public confidence built by crypto is not is not enough to command public patronage. A lot of enlightenment need to be done. Though both are in finance their modus operandi are not the same. 4. Fiat money has more stable value than money. the volatility of crypto has made it impossible to store for a long time.

Re: Many projects are dead?
by
kenharry
on 13/09/2018, 05:23:00 UTC
It does not mean the end of crypto. Many projects  with faulty foundation are dyeing because the system can longer tolerate failed projects for a long  time, it pushes them out and when that happens the investors loose money. Those product ICOs will continue to survive despite the adversities of the market.

Re: Best way to promote an ICO
by
kenharry
on 10/09/2018, 22:39:35 UTC
The social media is still the best way of promoting ICO. The ANN thread is effective. If the project is real and genuine advertising it will not be difficult. Facebook account and twitter go along way in promoting the ICO.

I subscribe to the advice of holding the coins until such a time that you can at least break even. Selling them now is a waste. The fall in price in this situation or transaction is great. The losses to be incurred will be monumental.

by

I recommend that you buy more bitcoin than litecoin, Bitcoin has stayed longer in  the market and it is gold of crypto, LLitecoin is little known and now that bitcoin is as its peak, it is better to start buying now and its future is bright.

Re: How much do you invest in an ICO?
by
kenharry
on 05/09/2018, 23:23:53 UTC
How much one invest in an ICO depends on the prospects of the ICO. If the ICO is linked to a marketable product it will be attractive  and more people will invest a sizeable amount of money but if ICO is not a product ICO not much will be invested in.

Re: What happened? Why do prices fly down?
by
kenharry
on 05/09/2018, 23:05:55 UTC
The movement of prices in the market depends on the demand and supply of the currencies available. If the prices of the coins go down  much it is because the coins are not much trusted. Sometimes prices fly down as a result of bad projects.

Re: Will ICO die in 2018?
by

NO. ICOs will not die in 2018 .some ICOs are expressions of genuine projects though people accept ready products, still that preferance is not altogether misplaced because some of these coins are scams.

Re: Is it going to pass $20k again?
by
kenharry

The price of Bitcoin will continue to rise in the short run and in the long run it will go down> This is because the rival etheruem has not gained acceptability as bitcoin. The blockchain technology is gaining increasing recognization and the relative scarcity is pushing the price up.This high price will not realized immediately as some are predicting, but gradually we will get there.
