⭐ Merited by hugeblack (1)
I am just wondering if there are any SocialFi projects available in 2024?
I have done some research and here are what I have found:
- Pulse: Merges social trading with blockchain, enabling users to share strategies and earn crypto.
- Friend.tech: Transforms social networking with monetized interactions via a unique social token.
- Open Campus: Innovates in education by monetizing content and engagement with blockchain technology.
- Lens Protocol: Decentralizes social media connections, allowing creators to own and monetize their interactions.
- Hooked Protocol: Integrates gaming with learning for financial rewards in a 'Learn2Earn' framework.
- Cheelee: Revolutionizes content interaction through token incentives, enhancing user engagement with gamified elements.

Re: Is this the Season of Airdrops?

BTC price is currently on the rise, now reaching approximately $62,000. As we transition into the bull market era, it is likely that more platforms will introduce new coins. To attract additional users or coin holders, there will definitely be an increase in airdrops.

AI + DePIN coins! (What are the use cases of DePIN)
by
kennyliang23
on 25/02/2024, 05:10:26 UTC
DePIN and AI represent the future, with a notable surge in AI cryptocurrencies recently.

My question concerns the popularity of AI+DePIN coins, largely driven by investor confidence in their potential. However, I'm curious about the legitimacy of DePIN projects. Are there actual, real-world use cases of DePIN, or is it mostly speculative at this point?

AI is revolutionizing everything! As for [ur=https://phemex.com/blogs/top-ai-crypto-coins-depin-ai-crypto-evolutionl]AI coins[/url] in the DePIN and AI crypto space, think Numeraire, SingularityNET, Ocean Protocol, Fetch.ai, DeepBrain Chain, Bittensor, and Render. These coins are at the forefront, merging AI with blockchain for a decentralized future. They're not just about economic gains; they're paving the way for advancements like space exploration. Jumping into AI crypto now could indeed be a smart move for the tech-savvy investor looking for the next big leap!

Re: Any recommended Crypto Airdrops in 2024?

I don't recommend any of them but you have to use your own time doing it and we've got a section on the forum that has these airdrops if you ever are interested on them.

It's on the Bounties --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

There are bounties and airdrops there so it's kind of a mixed up section if you want to check each of them.

Thanks for directing me to the right place man

Bull markets are occurring again, and I've noticed that many platforms are offering free cryptocurrency airdrops to attract more users. Are there any airdrops you would recommend?
You must not be here in Off topic instead in altcoins sections but asking about Airdrop of 2024?
there are lots of it in AI and Layer 2 project that you can check and make a decision but try not to be lured
by scam projects so be careful.

Thanks man, I will save my non-BTC topic for the Off topic section next time, I am still adapting and learning.

AI and Layer 2 project sounds familiar, I have heard it a lot from youtubers. I will check it out

I was reading a blog earlier today, but the blog has around 3k words, so I am going to rephrase the main points below. Here we come, the best airdrops in 2024:

-Ambient: A DEX on Ethereum with a unique single smart contract setup, offering cost-efficient and swift transactions. Raised $6.5 million and may offer airdrops to active traders on its platform.
-Renzo Protocol: An Ethereum-based project allowing ETH restaking, with a $3.2 million seed funding. It promises future support for liquid staking tokens and potential airdrops for users engaging with its services.
-Metamask: Known for its digital wallet services, Metamask plans a token launch. Users engaging in trading, staking, and using bridges may qualify for future airdrops.
-zkSync: Offers scalable and cost-effective Ethereum transactions using cryptographic proofs, with a significant $458 million investment for development and a hinted native token launch, suggesting potential airdrops.
-Linea: A developer-friendly zk-rollup project backed by ConsenSys, focusing on scalability. Active engagement in its ecosystem could lead to substantial airdrop rewards based on user activity.
-Manta Network: Specializes in privacy-centric blockchain solutions with plans to airdrop 30 million MANTA tokens to early supporters and active users, emphasizing privacy without sacrificing transparency.
-Marinade Finance: A Solana-based staking platform offering liquid staking solutions. Its "Earn: Season 1" initiative rewards users with MNDE tokens for staking SOL, with a referral program for additional rewards.
-Script Network: A decentralized video streaming platform rewarding users for content consumption and sharing. Initiated an SCPT token airdrop with rewards for active participation and referrals, promoting community engagement.

Re: What is DePIN? Is this the new trend for Crypto?
by

Recently, I have heard a lot about DePIN projects, but I have not personally seen any successful projects associated with it yet. Is it real or a scam?

First of all, DePIN is not BTC and you should have created this thread on a proper board. Apart from not being BTC, DePIN is also not an altcoin, DePIN refers to Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks, according to data from Messari, they differentiate DePIN sectors into 4 large categories, including: 1)Server Network 2) Wireless Network 3) Sensor Network 4) Energy Network.

Successful project at DePIN? There are many, including: FIL, AR, SC, CRU, OXT & THETA.

Thanks for answering. May I ask where I should post this question? Off-topic post? (I am new to Crypto and they all look same to me)

Re: Must you lose before you gain in Bitcoin investment?
by
kennyliang23

Diving into Bitcoin investment is kind of like riding a roller coaster with its ups and downs, twists and turns. You don't necessarily have to take a loss to see some gains, but let's be real, it's pretty common to face a few setbacks along the way. The thing is, Bitcoin and the whole crypto scene are super volatile. Prices can skyrocket one day and plummet the next. So, it's almost like a rite of passage to experience a bit of a loss as you're getting your feet wet.

But here's the deal: those bumps in the road? They're not just obstacles. They're opportunities to learn, to get a feel for the market, and to figure out your investment style. It's all about learning from those not-so-great moments and using that knowledge to make smarter moves in the future. So yeah, while losing a bit here and there might feel like a bummer, it's all part of the bigger picture of becoming a savvy Bitcoin investor. Remember, it's the journey, not just the destination, that counts in the wild world of cryptocurrency investing.

For example, DePIN is a hot topic in crypto, but it doesn't guarantee a 100% success rate for DePIN projects. Fluctuations in investments are inevitable.

Re: Seeking a Partner for the Project
by

I am looking for a developer partner for a community site. We will establish a Web3 Metamask connection and distribute the tokens we issue as airdrop to people who are active in the forum.

2. Step Two - Listing the Issued Tokens on an Exchange

Can Professional Friends Reach Me? I Need Help on This Issue and I May Consider Establishing a Partnership with Him on This Issue.

Best Regards

Before looking for developers to help you with your project, why not post your credentials first with the kind of project you're building I don't think it is interesting enough for developers, because there is no usage, we have hundreds of airdrop projects already, there's nothing in your plan that says what it's trying to solve and will there be a demand by the community because its a different from all the other airdrops that came.
For all we know this is just another shitcoin in the making, we already have hundreds of dead shitcoin don't add more to the numbers.

Totally agree with you.

If you are posting a hiring post, you need to list out all the details about the JOB DESCRIPTION.

Re: Struggle now to invest in Bitcoin for a bright future.
by
kennyliang23
on 08/02/2024, 01:23:27 UTC
The situation reminds me of the aftermath of 2008. Back then, many people lost hope in the financial markets, particularly in real estate. However, those who endured the struggle and chose to invest in housing despite the pessimism eventually found themselves becoming wealthier over time. This scenario parallels investing in Bitcoin today. It's a struggle now, with the market's ups and downs, but just like with real estate post-2008, there's a potential for a brighter future for those who invest wisely and patiently in Bitcoin.

Re: Help me understand this apparent contradiction between bitcoin and inflation
by
kennyliang23
on 07/02/2024, 02:55:16 UTC
Think of Bitcoin kind of like digital gold. People buy gold to protect against inflation, right? It keeps its value when regular money might lose it. Some folks see Bitcoin the same way - a shield against inflation because there's only so much of it and no one controls it. But here's the catch - Bitcoin's price jumps around a lot more than gold. So while it could be good against inflation, its rollercoaster prices make it a bit of a wild card.
