The issue we encountered on the weekend was a front end issue. So it was an issue with the page not rendering properly. So it had nothing to do with your balance.

I found that your site have a mistake.
Example with XAG/USD I bet 2 commands at the values is 15.8006 in 5 seconds , but then the system show that I bet at the values is 15.79339

There is some suggestions :
Block so people can't put 1000 ships to one spot.
Like make it 1x on one spot , currently i see people flooding server with 50+ ships on one spot.
But still allow people to put same spot where other people place it .

How is that a winning strategy for people? Wouldn't one loss would mean a loss for all the ships?
Who said it's winning method? It's just flooding server and making website slow/laggy.
We actually added keyboard shortcuts so that there is no need to spam one spot with ships

Whenever site getting popular , by popular i mean about 50k-20k registered, maybe less, make it so if you login , then it's asking random question, to make website more secured , because there is a lot crackers nowadays.
add back auto betting, it's good for people who doing small amounts of bets. I don't really know why this was removed :p
Could you also add player stats? Like we can check how much we have made, how much we have lost, how much we have deposited, how much we have withdrawed, what was highest won. and so , could be much easier for us :p

We will definitely start adding in captchas this weekend for all logins. And as for player stats -- yes it is definitely coming. You know we have been busy building a whole lot of stuff
I don't like selling merchandizes on the site so maybe you can level up by posting good comments in chat or something?

I would like to make an announcement here in response.
We updated the game with autocashout, so now even if you internet connection drops you are still protected. Each player is now provably protected in the event of a connection issue whether it is our end or the player's internet connection.
This should put an end to this issue
