The site is down as far as we know. Our host is  declining our site to be ran on their servers so we are looking for a new host.

Seems cloudflare didn't end up mitigating any attacks though this will also fix the blockchain API issue!

Just to update people we are still waiting on the email back from blockchain. Maybe they will reset the ban after time has passed. If we don't get this solved within 24 hours we will move it to another server which resets the ip. Cloudflare is also causing problems with actually accessing the site and running the pay scripts.
