Pengunaanya juga simple ada tab BUY dan ada tab SELL untuk memudahkan transaksi.

Hukum dan Penggunaan Bitcoin di Indonesia





Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir penggunaan bitcoin khusus nya di Indonesia semakin meningkat, tercatat di market perdagangan Tempat Jual Beli Bitcoin Di Indonesia yaitu Bitcoin Indonesia volume transaksi mencapai 47 Triliun belum termasuk transaksi yang di lakukan di luar market tersebut.

Dengan jumlah transaksi sebesar 47 Triliun tentu pemerintah mulai memberikan perhatian khusus melalui Bank Indonesia selaku Otoritas Moneter mengeluarkan pernyataan mengenai Bitcoin dan Virtual Currency lain :

     Memperhatikan Undang-undang No. 7 Tahun 2011 tentang Mata Uang serta UU No. 23 Tahun 1999 yang kemudian diubah beberapa kali, terakhir dengan Undang-Undang No. 6 Tahun 2009, Bank Indonesia menyatakan bahwa Bitcoin dan virtual currency lainnya bukan merupakan mata uang atau alat pembayaran yang sah di Indonesia.

    Masyarakat dihimbau untuk berhati-hati terhadap Bitcoin dan virtual currency lainnya. Segala risiko terkait kepemilikan/penggunaan Bitcoin ditanggung sendiri oleh pemilik/pengguna Bitcoin dan virtual currency lainnya.

Dari pernyatan Bank Indonesia tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa penggunaan bitcoin di indonesia tidak di larang serta tidak berkekuatan hukum atas segala resiko yang di timbulkan.

Contoh :

Jika anda adalah seorang trader yang melakukan perdagangan bitcoin di Exchanger Indonesia dengan jumlah investasi yang cukup besar sebut saja 10 Milyar, kemudian pihak Exchanger mengaku kehilangan seluruh bitcoin yang di simpan di dompet bitcoin mereka karena di hack seperti yang terjadi pada beberapa Exchanger MtGox, Bitstamp, maka anda selaku member dan memiliki sejumlah bitcoin yang tersimpan di Exchanger tersebut tidak dapat melakukan upaya hukum untuk mendapatkan kembali bitcoin anda, sebagaimana yang tertulis dalam pernyataan Bank Indonesia terkait bitcoin :

    Segala risiko terkait kepemilikan/penggunaan Bitcoin ditanggung sendiri oleh pemilik/pengguna Bitcoin dan virtual currency lainnya.

Untuk itu sebaiknya jangan menyimpan bitcoin anda dalam jumlah besar pada suatu exchanger sebagai antisipasi jika terjadi hal yang tidak di inginkan.

Kenapa sampai saat ini Pemerintah selalu menilai kalau Bitcoin itu merugikan untuk masyarakatnya? Padahal yang kita semua tau Bitcoin itu sangat menguntungkan buat kita semua. Karena sudah banyak bukti kalau di antara kita semua sudah sukses dengan Bitcoin.

Apa pendapat kalian tentang masalah ini? Mungkin ada yang bisa menjelaskan secara detail
