In the Hiveos I just run Sgminer as a test to see how it works for Cryptonight algorithm but i found this error "Failed to read sgminer-gm from localhost:4028". what's wrong?

Anyone ever figure this out?  I have the same error only after restarting the miner... Was working fine before

Last upgrade is an Image upgrade?  what is the difference?  We have to DL and install from scratch?

You can update straight in Hiveos it will show that there is an update when you restart and you type the command and it starts to autoupdate.
can't remember the command but it tells you what to type .

Just switched one of my rigs from SMOS to HIVEOS. What a night and day difference. SMOS feels so limited compared to the depth of HIVE.
The initial setup is a bit of a pain but overall I'm extremely impressed. I'll be switching all of my rigs over asap.
Shame I just paid for a few months of smos  Angry

edit: If anyone has a guide to flashing AMD bios using HIVE I'd love to see it!

I did use the flashing tool in Hiveos via the Hiveos.farm website.  However my cards didnt' respond well and hasrates were all over the place.  So i had to reflash them in Windows unfortunately .. i was really excited about being able to flash them in hive... but will need a little work i guess ...

I bought a few RX 570 used and Im not sure what I should mine with them. This coin is not on WTM so can anyone tell me approx how much per day I should expect with a single 570 ?

Tx !

I'm using the 570's, 4GB, and getting 884 h/s from each card, so do the math
on every ITNS pool you have the estimated daily income

You should be getting well over 900Hs with 570s. I have 18x 4gb RX 570s at 950Hs each.

how do you have this much?

Bios mod then set 1220/1950. Compute mode on, XMR Cast --forcecompute. Get get 1Khs out of each one if I push enough.

Damn!  Which bios mods?  Cards ?   I haven't gotten anywhere near that with my powercolor red devil 570's or my msi 580s.   I max out at about 820ish... which i though was pretty good until now.  I have never gotten BSOD or even high temps though.   It just kind of stops getting higher numbers...  Please give a little guide of what you have done, that would be amazing!

Has the INTS official now been working with several major exchanges on twitter?I hope to expect ITNS to be listed on bitfinex.

Was more a statement of begging and floating feelers out there than anything else hoping an exchange takes the BTC for a deal. At least that's my interpretation of it, cuz Coinbase sure as hell isn't going to be adding them when they don't even offer XMR lol.

But hey, it's a good day for Stocks.Ex... My deposits actually show up within ~20 minutes and not within 12 hours. It's a miracle.

Here is the tweet if anyone hasn't seen it on twitter.   https://twitter.com/intensecoin/status/954504701013381125
I hope someone,  one of the exchanges jumps on it

I love binance. if I went in ITNS would go to the moon. although kucoin is another exchange that is growing a lot.

Yep i agree with both of those!  Both have great transfer fees and exchange fees!  Especially compared to Bittrex.... those robbers!   Can't day trade on there at all.. thats for sure.

A few days ago I posted that I had attempted a withdraw from stocks.exchange to my Intense Coin Wallet version 1.4.1.  When I did so, stocks eventually gave me a message saying withdraw error.  The coins disappeared from stocks and never showed up in the wallet.  Today, they are finally back at stocks and showing up in my account there.

I am again go to request that the coins be transferred to my wallet.  What I'd like to know is, in the address field at stocks do I put the entire address that I copied from the intense coin wallet?  It is extremely long and unlike any other crypto address I've used.  I'm a real novice so please excuse my ignorance.  Any help is appreciated.

The wallet is fully up to date on my hard drive.

Yes full address, it is really long

Wow ... i never knew that you couldn't flash the bios on nvidia ...  Have never bought nvidia for anything!  Won't as long as i have a choice.. seems like such a "dirty pool" kind of company.
For intense, it seems to me AMD is better
For AMD, there are options for changing the memory timings. For NV I did not find this. The chip itself can probably be reflashed. The only question is where to get a modified BIOS.

AMD GPUs are better on Cryptonight coins. But use whatever you have. I mined all of my Intense coins using Nvidia cards from last year. I only stopped when the difficulty went so high that it would be better for me to mine other coins and buy Intense instead.

Thats fair of course.   I still do that quite abit ... i will mine ints when the price drops ... then when the pools get flooded i change to some other coin that doesn't have alot of miners.  !!

It's a new version:

https://github.com/fireice-uk/xmr-stak/releases

1060s at ~80% power and a very mild OC can pull ~475 or so.

Granted... it's not RX470/480/570/580 good... but it's not a BAD value if you got a good deal on the 1060s. Also... power draw is quite low.

The majority of my 1060s I paid 189-199 for so I consider the value to be acceptable... as most of my RX series cost over 200 per unit... other than my first 20 units for 189 back in March 2017.

Frankly, though, I want to acquire as many ITNS as I can so I am moving ALL of my nVidia cards over at least for a month or two.
What's good about amd is the ability to flash timings in a bios video card. Up to 30%.
For nvideo this is not possible. I sold my 1050ti, I bought two and ordered two more RX460.
I read the topic, people overclocked RX550 to 500 hashes (2GB by Gigabytes, 2fan, hunix memory)

Guys, I know AMD is the way to go with mining intense coin. I have 2 rx580's, 2 rx570's and 6 vega 64's being shipped to my house soon. I am running a couple of nvidia rigs now and wanted to get started with mining intense. I know they aren't as effective but is it still possible to mine intense with them? I am getting all of my shares rejected using ccminer. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. #newbproblems

It is possible for sure just not as good.  I haven't used ccminer ... have to nvidia cards..  But there are much better algo's to mine with those nvidia cards,  I would mine something different with those.   Zclassic?  PascalLite(PASL),  i don't know what else but there are some hidden gems too....

1060s at the right price are not a terrible value for ITNS... by right price I mean like $189 or so (circa Black Friday).

The new "all in one" XMR-STAK works very well on NVidia (heck it does good on AMD too). Also does CPU at  the same time in one program.

But yah AMD cards rock for ITNS.

Oh?  What kind of speeds can a 1060 pull with XMR-STAK?  I've only tried other miners and wasn't even aware that xmr-stak worked with nvidia cards...  Is it faster than the other currently available public miners?

I only have one AMD gpu but I found Claymore + cryptonote cpu miner faster than XMR STAK.

Really?  I have 6 different amd gpu and stak is faster with all of them.   Just need to change the threads available to the gpu in stak to get an increase!  I get on average 820h/s with stak and 680h/s with claymore.   There are lots of guides to help you increase the hashrate

Do any other pools have the "per worker" stats like updated Hash Vault ?

I have been on Official Pool most of the time since August... but the new HV stats are too awesome to pass up.

RIGHT!!   Yes hashvault has the best stats component for sure !   They do have alternate pools as well.   And the payouts seem better and more fair than others that i have been on too!@
