I have another account that I don't receive a password reminder for when I choose lost password. Who can I contact to try and resolve this? I can prove it is my account, as I didn't sell the mining rig I advertised in 2011, so I can send photos of the hardware I still have that was listed as part of the rig for sale.

I checked my wallet and i received PAY in rate 1 ETH = 420 PAY.
Shouldnt i get 20%  more and everyone, since we invest in first 24 hours?

also another thing... to many people used recommended settings 50 gwei and 130k gas limit...
i invested 3 minutes after ico opened and my transaction still went trough, but i used atleast 60 gwei...

You did get 20% more, the rate was 350 per ETH and you got 420.

I managed to get in using btc, with standard fee.

what a bullshiter you are!

if people using eth could not get in doing it at the right time , and ICO only lasted 8 minutes with major failures during this 8 minutes.

I am out of this now, This is really pathetic and glad my ETH did not go thorough as this is very poor managed ICO.

What major failing? Too many idiots rocked up in the last 30 minutes and tried to take part without any preparation. I submitted 2 transactions at sensible settings 1 second past the timer. My Parity transaction went through straight away, whereas the MyEtherWaller transaction said it had been submitted, but didn't occur and there was no record of the transaction, despite MEW giving me a transaction reference. Thanks, MEW. None of this is TenX fault.

Is fenbushi owned by Vitalik? There is no clear information on fenbushi.vc website that explicitly mention that Vitalik invested in TenX.
Go on, at least try before asking pointless questions. Go to the link, clink on Team, look at the glorious photo of Vitalik. Then click on Portfolio Highlights and see TenX is listed.

Ta daa. Vitalik is a co-founder of Fenbushi Capital, who have invested in TenX.
