I generally agree with you about people being stupid but in this case it's not so outrageous - it will cost you $1700 + $80 shipping + $35 customs + $40 for the wire = appx. $1850 and then you have some wait time of let's say a week which is about $100 in mining so it gets close to $2000. And you have to deal with wires to China, etc. So a 10% premium is not outrageous I'd say. Just remember what premiums people were paying in Jan - now that was insane.

I got 550h/s on 1080 (not Ti) at stock power and frequencies on Windows. Goes down to around 530H/s at 80% power.

Yeah, I can't even keep up lowering the price here to meet the manufacturer's.. it literally happens every couple days.

I am so pissed overall - initially i ordered 2 from their $3500 batch and was fine with those, then they released a new batch for $3200 and offered buy 4 get 5 even if you had ordered a previous batch.

So i was thinking - ok if I order 2 more I'll get 3 and i should be able to sell for a small profit or worst case i have 30% price cushion - i was effectively getting each for $2,200 when the retail is $3,200. And guess what.. prices drop 50% by the time i get them and place them for sale. So i'm essentially selling at a loss without even touching these because I don't have the capacity to plug them to at least mine for a few days.. Not to mention all the hassle of having to sell 3 items.. at a loss

Hey, i know this is not the place for trading but I actually just dismantled one of my rigs - removed the GPUs and PSUs so I have the frame with all other components left. Here's the config:

Open Aluminum Frame
Mobo: Asus Z270-P
Processor: Celeron 3900
RAM: 4GB DDR
64GB SSD - with Windows 10 installed, all settings adjusted for mining and drivers installed
8 Risers installed
Also has a connector for 2 PSUs installed

The system was built end of Jan. I don't have any use for this config so I'm fine selling for around 80% of retail cost, say $280 ? Let me know if interested and I'll take pictures when I get home and send them over.

I think everybody has the same issue. I'm getting nervous because it's been almost 20 hours of mining for me, i've accumulated some balance but I've received no payouts.

Hey guys, i just started mine a few minutes ago and connected to upool as you suggested but on my end i see a very small % of accepted shares. I don't have any rejects but i have a ton of discarded ones - are you observing the same?

I got one of these about 3 days ago and i'm pretty sure i clicked it and then used the login.. This time i was paying attention and i saw that when i clicked the link it was pointing to some polish website ***.pl that mimicked btctalk's login page. It's pretty clear what happens when you type your credentials.

You must have done the same and i think that solves the mystery as to what happened..

I think i know how we got hacked. Did some random user send you a message with a question and a link to a bitcointalk topic in the past couple days ?

My account was hacked too - I was travelling for the past hour and logged in 10 mins ago to some madness. I was able to change my password and regain the account but still trying to understand what happend.

Og forwarded me a message sent from my account telling him to refund the amount to some btc wallet but why did he do it - somebody must have confirmed from your account??
