Re: This market might split: SEC Regulated and other!
by

The SEC is a ticking timebomb that will have a devestating impact on this industry in the short term!
Perhaps you're right because we know nothing about what is SEC up to. Even the 'head of crypto resistance', John McAfee (who usually does and say what he wants to), could not resist the threats of SEC and stopped offering his ICO promotion services.

⭐ Merited by YinShuiSiYuan (1)
If IDEX is a decentralized exchange on which p2p exchanges take places, then why are they worried about whether some of the tokens are securities or not. Variety of ERC20 tokens is one of their key advantages and now they decided to make a delisting.
Seems no one wants to have a deal with SEC or similar organizations. Probably sooner or later only fully decentralized, fully autonomous, anonymously created, smart contract-based exchanges will take over the market.

Re: Can someone explain to me why altcoins are worth money?
by
khendjer
on 19/06/2018, 20:56:06 UTC
Now lets look at the altcoins.  Some coins do make sense that its worth money because the have a purpose.  Dash is digital cash so to me, thats like btc/litecoin.  Monero on the hand is a privacy coin.  So why is a privacy worth anything?
Imagine that you have a hidden camera at home which shoots you constantly and which has been installed by a stranger. You know that the camera is somewhere at your home, it constantly records you, but you don't know where it's been installed and how a stranger can use the video recordings of you. Will you be able to live a good life and feel good in such a case? Would you be ready to pay someone who knows how to find and turn off the camera? I think the answer is obvious.
Privacy does worth something now and definitely will cost a lot of money in the future.
Even Vitalik Buterin has recently made a statement that he's been wrong with his stance to privacy, he'd revised his attitude to it and became more pro-privacy than he'd been before - https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/8m3wj1/rothschilds_in_crypto_goodbadneutral/dzmspgv/.

Re: Full focus on the product instead of ICO?
by
khendjer
on 19/06/2018, 20:10:42 UTC
Hey everyone,

What do you think about the idea to do crypto projects in a different way? Instead of huge efforts launching successful ICO, it makes sense to dedicate those efforts building a working product. It's fantastic to work on something you truly believe so it's both a pleasure for the team and the solid result - a working product. That's how we've built Amabig.com

Don't you think that it's much more safe to invest in already working products? Is this the future of crypto projects?
It only works if you have enough funds to make a working product or at least some beta version or MVP, otherwise, you have no options, except running an ICO or attracting investors.
Anyway, that's great if the team have a working product as in your case. This can really be a decisive advantage for some investors when choosing a project for investment.

Re: What need to upgrade in Bounty.cool
by

on 18/06/2018, 20:18:30 UTC
Hi. I created portal http://bounty.cool. What you can there now:
1. See the list of actual bounty campaign with rating's of ICO, date of begin and end, day till the end, progress and type of bounty.
2. Sort list like your want.
3. Free search.

What else wood be on portal? Thank you for your time and answers.
It would be a useful feature, I think, if there was an option to filter bounties by their types, like signature, twitter, facebook, articles, translation and etc. This way the one who's interested only in article bounties, for instance, can quickly filter them and focus on what he really needs.

an indication of what is suspicious? yes I did not notice that it is a typo.

This typo

This typo

... with bitcoin-scripts.u

And this

If you only had a few typos, why haven't you fixed them yet? Is it too complex?
You even have a link to bitexchange.systems mobile app on your website. Probably another typo?

It looks like he did not make up for anything and only he can assess others for their mistakes. do not speak your best
Thank God I'm not as kind of professional as you, who makes copies of other people's websites

Why is Bitcoin misspelled with 'd' on your logo (Bidcoin scripts) while your website URL is [bitcoin-scripts.eu]?
I don't think [bidcoin-scripts.eu] domain is already taken. It would be understandable if you had to use [bidcoin-scripts.eu] domain instead of [bitcoin-scripts.eu] because of the domain price but why to use misspelled Bitcoin in the logo? No offense but looks a bit fishy

Re: [ANN] Whitepaper.io - All whitepapers in one place. Is yours already listed?
by
khendjer
on 12/06/2018, 20:39:38 UTC
Hello everybody,

We are delighted to announce that our website is now live! Our vision is to help investors analyse whitepapers.

In this first version you are able to publish your whitepaper, read and bookmark whitepapers.

Take a look at the website, feedback is welcome. If you have any ideas for new features, improvements please let us know.

LINKS
Whitepaper.io
Browse Whitepapers
Publish your WHITEPAPER
Some of the projects which are going to run an ICO update their whitepapers from time to time before the ICO start. Will you keep such whitepapers up-to-date on your website?
It could be a useful feature if there was an ability to view or compare different whitepaper versions and understand, what had been added or deleted. That could be some kind of list or table of project whitepapers with their versions and effective dates instead of one whitepaper like now.

If anyone can help that would be great?  I dont have an exchange account set up so not sure where to get it.  It is a B day present for a friend
Don't know anything about the coin but probably like almost any other coin - on some of the exchanges. You can go to the coinmarketcap or some of the similar website and look for the available markets there.

Re: Arbitrage software in beta phase (working)
by
khendjer
on 11/06/2018, 19:34:31 UTC
What is your trading volume per day to get a $10-15 profit? How does this trading service conduct arbitrage, via API keys from your exchange accounts?

I started with $2000 split in between two exchanges (for me, Bittrex and Binance). On good days, it would reach 30 dollars net profit a day (already excluding exchanges' fees).

And yes, the software uses API keys from your personal accounts (keys with permission to trade only). So funds never leave your account.
Thank you for sharing your experience. What about bad days and losses? Have you experienced any instead of profits?
It's a long-term strategy, isn't it? I mean, you can sustain losses on short terms, but you usually make profits on long ones or what's the level of stability of your profit?

1.6 Dogecoin every day go register https://www.eobot.com/new.aspx?referid=120085 then go in Products - Faucet enter the captcha.

Still low profit. I don't think they are profitable at all and it does not worth for me to get involved in faucets
They can be profitable somehow but not in the case if you try to earn something using faucets directly but rather if you engage referrals. But even in the last case usually they are not worth the time spent.

When storing data on ethereum network.
consider using ipfs ,swarm,computes,and infura

 Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Most likely they are all good in their own way depending on what data you need to store

I hardly have idea about this. Please search it on google or websites to get your answer

i think he's giving us his opinion not asking a question but i could be wrong
This is the main problem of the topics in the altcoin section recent time. It is difficult to even understand, whether the author asks about something or makes a statement. Why don't express own thoughts clearly if you want to hear the answer or be helpful for someone  Undecided

Re: Listing on Cobinhood
by
khendjer
on 09/06/2018, 10:43:21 UTC
Cobinhood is a exchange that made without fee for every transaction. I believe cobinhood is pretty good but its not really popular like binance.
If they do not begin to charge fees in the near future, they have every chance of becoming a popular exchange, like Binance, as the absence of trading fees is their main strategy for customers engage.
It is also interesting how soon they will start to charge fees, since no service can work completely free of charge. Probably as soon as they get to the list of top exchanges. Don't think they will offer their services without fees forever.

Re: The level of altcoins on big exchanges
by
khendjer
on 04/06/2018, 21:17:29 UTC
Usually the larger the exchange, the more reliable it is. If the coin you've chosen to trade was listed on the large exchange, the more secure you can feel yourself while trading or keeping your coins there, the lower chances of being robbed you have, what can't be said about the small ones.
