Yep. I agree with this idea. Actually, 51% attack is not considered as directly hacking action. If hackers govern other network of nodes to break the blockchain, it seems to be a indirect hacking??

That is not at all. The project team has other decision after a few months running bounty then they said this bounty is not effective and reduce too much reward. They even give us many bull shit reasons to decline paying us. Bounty hunter is a non-respected work now.
I am usually confused when a coin to be forked from another is conducting an ICO or bounty campaign. I thought the hard fork implies just splitting an already existing coin into another? People should be wary of such ICO project no matter how attractive their bonuses may be.
Although fork from an existing coin, but it needs to develop. Therefore, ICO for development fund or bounty for spreading the world is normal. But I think If they can not improve to better than origin chain, it will become a shitcoin later.

Wow. CoinBundle platform is working? I joined their bounty and airdrop but I don't yet hear anything about that.
I know some projects have ability to track the ICOs as well as verify them. But I do not know whether it really works. You can visit Loligo project and W12 project. I read their concepts, I think they can solve the legal problem of ICOs.
