You misunderstood his statement. There are boundaries needed to be respect. Bill Murray is a nice guy and a great actor, but just because of that, doesn't mean you want to take advantage of him. Please test windows wallet for errors before launch. Some coins failed by dlls errors, etc.

also, your second point, there is no short-term solution, but at least block re-targeting will help for Kibble in long-term support. Once a block is found, the diff will drop for less miners
