One of the advantages that is one of the best for me personally is the fact that you are the only one responsible and in charge of your money and nobody can not take it away from you.

Re: What will you do with the current market?
by
kidamazo
on 23/08/2018, 11:32:10 UTC

Looking at the current market, many people are disappointed in the market price, bitcoin prices stomping at the $ 7000 level, altcoin prices are falling deeply. Recent good news, however, shows that the market continues to grow and has great potential in the future. What would you do this time: Buy bitcoin, buy altcoin or do nothing?
With the current market I stop holding and I'm trying to learn how to trade, but probably I can say that the market will recover until I will learn how to perform it good. Trading is hard.

Re: How did Crypto help you out?
by
kidamazo
on 23/08/2018, 11:31:26 UTC
This question is especially for those who have been into crypto for a long time. How did cryptocurrency help you, most specifically financially? Did you earn more? Gain more investment? I do have a friend who wants to get into crypto but he does not have a lot of savings in his bank account or any major investment. I told him to save more before getting into crypto because they still have mortgage and car loan to pay. Do you think crypto will help him out to?
Basically cryptocurrency get me the Freedom of location and of workplace, so why can work wherever I want to and I'm not bonded to a particular place and office. It is good.

Bitcoin is welcome in Thailand...

Thailand has had Bitcoin in place for some time and I see the government is preparing for the future and how to en brass Bitcoin. It is not unusual to see a " We accept Bitcoin " In all type of stores.

This is really great for Thai People and the Tourists that visit......
It is really interesting to go there and see how bitcoin is integrated into local economy to work along with existing system and to spend some bitcoins there. I need to plan a trip there.

when you do trading, do you always think about this, "buy some, sell some, hold some."
I believe that every successful employee of cryptocurrencies should do 3 of those in the same time, buy some coins hold some coins and trade some coins, three points of success.

Re: Benefits Telcoin has over Bitcoin?
by

For those Telcoin fans out there, Can you tell me succinctly why Telcoin has a better chance at helping people with remittances than Bitcoin?

Is the only advantage being able to send payments without the internet?

Thank you. Wink
I'm not an adept of Telcoin, but I have heard about some of the advantages that it has over bitcon. The only things that I can say is that nobody actually knows about Telcoin, so to be honest those advantages are nothing that can matter... Sad

It can be something like medium but for the cryptocurrency only we're already had that WikiToken ICO, as well as some other sites, but this particular idea of the platform for original articles and writings, is definitely something new and fresh.

on 17/08/2018, 21:06:39 UTC
Recently i faced a big loss. i have invested on tezos (XTZ) recently 3200$ , thats decreased to 1500$ , in a day. unfortunately i sold because of panic.
I lost nearly 1800$. now i am fed up

thats the biggest loss i ever faced. please share your financial loss
So far my personal biggest loss was not on the day trade I perform but in terms of my hold cryptocurrencies wallet,  this portfolio of mine had lost almost 70% of its selling value during this period of time.

Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency?
by
kidamazo
on 16/08/2018, 17:25:34 UTC
Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.
I think there is many people will be saying yes, but my opinion if you are educated and familiar with the specifics of Bitcoin you should definitely understand that world is not ready, as well as bitcoin is not ready.

Re: EDUCATING PEOPLE ABOUT CRYPTOCURRENCY
by
kidamazo
on 16/08/2018, 17:25:19 UTC
If you take an assessment, a lot of citizens are not yet informative what is cryptocurrency is....like bitcoin and other altcoins. One proof is that others can be deceived by swindlers because of lack of knowledge regarding crypto currencies. . They invest with the wrong people because of considering in unfounded information and hearsays.
Educating people regarding crypto will not make them to mislead. Educators can teach about crypto inside school especially in economic subject/s because it has a big role nowadays.
As Tom Emmer stated, “ People tend to fear what they don’t know. If people sailing the oceans at the time of Columbus had believed the world is flat, we wouldn’t have had the great discoveries of the New World.”

I am fully understanding that concept but I would say that it is not my job, nor it is my calling to educate people about cryptocurrencies, I would better just spend some time researching about the things that can help myself to be more perspective.

I think so many people are now getting to know about this great technology. Crypto is gradually being know by almost everyone. Some are beginning to know the importance of crypto. The challenge they may have is how to benefit from it.
Yes, it is. In my country cryptocurrency is really hyping all around me, I am tired of all those advertisements everywhere, which words just convince me to invest in Bitcoin, invest in ICO, invest in etc.

Here is lot of iCO. How i find legit ICO.
A legit ICO is a dream, lol. We are still basing ourselves on the unstable and not certain culture of cryptocurrency which is not accepted in the world, so no stability, no confidence, no guarantees.

Re: Thoughts on Straight HODL vs Trading
by
kidamazo
on 09/08/2018, 20:05:57 UTC
What I mean by straight HODL is that your hold through the crashes and the rises until you inevitably cash our and by trading I mean that you hold for a few months and then sell into fiat and wait for the expected dip/recession.
What i've noticed over the past years is that if I was less greedy and just cashed out after a reasonable profit and then held until the inevitable crashed, I would have made much more money than if i just held or bought another coin.

An example of this is when I bought eth at 475 and sold at 1380.  Right after I sold I bought ltc at 230 thinking that it was gonna skyrocket after some of the money from the eth will flow back into the other coins.  The problem with that was that the entire market crashed and so if I were to just hold my fiat i would have been able to easily double my money.

Let me know what your guys's thoughts are on this.
For now today I am sick and tired about holding because it gave me nothing just takes, so I'm about to start trading or something else I don't know for now but I'm enough of holding. Already lost instead of earning.

Re: Day trade is more a lucky thing or skill
by
kidamazo
on 09/08/2018, 20:05:34 UTC
I'm not sure if I have time to play with charts and trade a lot, like I have seen some youtubers doing.
They make you really believe that is more like a skill and if you are good at it, it works.
My friend told me that is just about how lucky you are, and not a skill.
So, should I stick with holding or playing day trade is a better option?
Obviously trading is the compilation of luck and skill, it is just an accident that you are making a good trade deal. But I would put 70% in the skill, because luck and accident is not constant and reliable.

In Trading, there are two categories of people, those who want to increase their bitcoin volume, and those who want to increase their dollar volume. Which one do you prefer? Why?
I prefer to aggregate my bitcoin amount and I'm selling all the Bounty rewards that I get in order to get their bitcoins instead, when EFT will take place, I think I will be highly beneficial.

It was obvious for me from the very beginning of cryptocurrency integration, That government would invent some ways to put a taxation on cryptocurrency usage, even if for the first sight it seems to be impossible.
