Personally, I would start with a motherboard that can accommodate at least 6 GPUs, a good power supply, and a single 1070 (or AMD if you prefer...depends what you want to mine).  Build a solid foundation and you can add GPUs as you wish down the road.  It doesn't have to be a monster miner all at once.  Just get your feet wet with the simplicity of a single card and work your way up.

You have two PCI-E slots on that motherboard, one x16 and one x1 PCI-E slot, so you can put up to two cards. One on the x16 slot and the other using a powered riser for the card  in the x1 slot. You also have two PCI slots which use a different voltage and can't be used with risers, so be careful and make sure you only plug in risers in the PCI-E slots.

You also probably don't have any 6 or 8 pin PCI-E cables on the PSU, so you would would need to upgrade the PSU. Compare the pinout on the 24-pin cable that connects to the motherboard with an ATX 24-pin pinout diagram to make sure the cable colors match the ATX pinouts. If the colors match, then you can replace the PSU with any ATX PSU.

I would suggest an EVGA 750 G2 or 850 G2, which have 4 PCI-E connectors and would handle up to three RX 580's.

Right now I am doing ZPOOL mining alts for BTC using NEMOS profit switcher -- so stating a static hash-rate is a bit hard.

I have previous mined XVG as well as mined on Nicehash.
