What it would happend if is developed a new Bitcoin with a consensus model different to PoW, PoS like Ethereum? That mean the fees would be cheaper so that will be the end of current Bitcoin, or not?

The big problem of Bitcoin is the PoW, is unsustainable. If change it, maybe could maintain more time.
Ethereum now and others than are comming will finish with bitcoin in few years (not more than 3)

The mainly risk is due to the geographical and goverment situation. What could it happen if the China Goverment decide to close the routers. Bitcoin would loose the miner capacity so that will be impossible to mantein the rate of 10 minutes per block.

The current situation is of height risk for bitcoin, from my modest point of view.

That sound good, but... Is the same that company shares. The owners of the share get money from the incomes of companys, but having tokens, how do you get money?. You have to explain better the bussiness model.
