Anyone using Stake from Germany?

At the registration page I get the message:
Aufgrund von Lizenzbeschränkungen ist der Zugang zu Stake von Ihrem aktuellen Standort aus eingeschränkt.

Can I circumvent this with a VPN without getting banned by Stake?
