Looking to sell off full mining set up 75+ GPUs 15+ MOBOs and all the execorries
by
kilcondlost
on 19/04/2014, 06:35:43 UTC
It would take way to long to list it right now but I will get there. I have a range or
5- 5850
40-5870s
15-7970s
5-7950
10-6970
10- 6950
those are just guestaments I believe there are more of each
alot of UD7 and UD5 MOBOs and a few others 19 in total
Powersupplys ranging from 800-1500 most over 1200 I think around 23 in total
SSDs and HDDs for each comp many SSDs are brand new never opened
Some cube cases if interested
CD roms
Cables galore.
Anyways everything is still hooked up right now for the most part I was mining lite coin and was pulling 42000 kh/s and that was with none of the 6850s hooked up and a few of the 5870s not hooked up it would have topped 48000 maybe even 50000.
I will go much more in to depth with someone who is seriously interested. I will part it out in bulk depending on what is being parted though I would like it to go all at once. I was pulling in 8400 a month at one point in time.
If you are intertested please no lowballs as I will pay not attention to it. I am talking in the 10s of thousands or possibly a partial payment and royalties.

For some of the new coins this is gold even for litecoin its still quite effecient. I should also mention many cards are still under warranty and most were bought new.

I figure if I break it up and sell it piece by piece i'm lookin around 60k so I am definitely willing to work with someone but again no lowballers. This is a tall order and if your serious about a real mining setup let me know

oh and one thing I will not do is sell just the cards by them selves the least I will do is sell 1 rig.

I find it quite ridiculous that it's a coin that's apart from the PoS concept that I actually find very appealing, is about some "fair distribution" based on if people has contributed or not and the limit you have to pass is to posts 50 messages on here. As if the crypto community is consist of this forum...
But you are still not allowed.
Go to work now perhaps you will have the opportunity to get.
Don't be noisy here.

I find it quite ridiculous that the BITCOIN is a coin that's apart from the PoW concept

But 400$ Smiley

I would be interested in buying the remaining 280x toxics and all of the 270x if all 4 are still available. Just to make matters simple as coins are fluctuating alot right now. I wouldn't need the boxes as long as you would be willing to deal with warranty issues if something went wrong otherwise I would prefer the boxes with the proof of purchase as well as possibly a copy of the invoice of purchase for warranty issues. But if all this is okay with you I would offer $1,400. I may possibly be interested in the lot of 270s but would like to know what kh/s you were getting with them and also if you have and Mobos with 6+ PCIE hookups (1x-16x doesnt matter thought 16x is prefered) and if you have any 1000w+ PSUs

Re: WTT - my BTC, your brand new Scrypt mining rig
by

on 01/01/2014, 19:39:22 UTC
I have alot of systems that are already built but I have 4 that I am currently working on, 1 is 6x7870 on Gigabyte UD5 6Core 60GB SSD -2460kh/s  1 is 6x6970  on UD5 6Core 60GB SSD -2730kh/s 1 is 6x7970 on Gigabyte UD7 6Core 60GB SSD -3900-4100kh/s depending on settings and 1 is 7x6950 on EVGA 160-SB-E689-RX LGA 1155 I5 (still being built but tests show 2590kh/s) Quad core 60 GB SSD I would give more details on request. I could build you a rig if you wanted or if you were offering the right price I would sell. GPUs are hard as hell to get your hands on right now as previously mentioned even newegg has raised their prices up quite a bit.All those computers I just mentioned are in between a week and or not even finished yet. I also have 14 other systems but they have been in use for sometime now, around a year some close to two.the 7000 series comps use windows 8 and all computers are open build and would need to be picked up. I live in Maryland so only reason I am even posting is I saw you were in PA. I am about 30 min from the border. They are built on custom wooden frames that have slots for 3 5.25 Drives and 2 PSUs as well as a 28" rack for the cards. I will take pictures if interested. Or like I said if you were interseted in computer built brand new for you. We could work something out with that. I am not eager to get rid of any of these computers as they have almost already paid for themselves and are making good money. So if you want something dirt cheap these aren't it. If you want a computer that will pay for itself within a few months and be reliable this is it.

But I am also having a similar problem why is it that with multiple cards I get lower kh/s and I have 6x7970 reference models all 925/1375 and stock they do 600ish and tweaked they do 690 solo but 640 combined.

I think you should try updating your CCC and also make sure you are flashing to the reference bios. Then after that make small tweaks I can only seem to get 640kh/s with my 6x7970s but with just one I can get 690. Also my settings are 910 core 1370 mem, I spent hours trying to get it to go higher going up but i took it down a bit and got a 40kh/ sjump

Can you mismatch Waterblock Bridges with different brand Waterblocks
by
kilcondlost
on 06/12/2013, 08:20:09 UTC
Hey guys building a new system and I wasnt exactly sure what the plan was from the start but now I wish I had gone with all Swiftech Komodos but thats besides the point. As it is my new Comp has 6 7970s and 4 of which have EK water blocks and 2 don't have any yet as it is hard to find the 7970 EK. I am going to be putting the cards on two different loops one will run to a 360mm Rad and one to a 240mm Rad so I will have 4 cards on 1 loop and 2 cards on the other. So I want it to have a clean look like the SLIs have but it is proving to be harder than I thought. Each of my cards will be single slot and fill slots 1-5 & 7  so I figure cards 1 and 2 will be on one loop and cards 3-7 on another if I can find the right bridge. I really like http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/gpmuslibrfor.html because it would do exactly as I want but I am not using heatkiller blocks. I have never tried using mismatched bridges on different blocks so I am wondering if this will work.

The other two blocks will probably swiftech Komodos and I will use one of there bridges for the other two, but again they make a nice bridge that would fit over the other 4 cards as well and that would match up even better http://www.swiftech.com/crossfirexbridges.aspx. I really don't like mixing and matching but id rather do that than do the daisy chains of fittings.

Please let me know if you know about any deminsions or if you have any experience doing this as it would be much apprecaited. I know they say for heatkiller only, or for swiftech only but I have mismatched with things before and had it work out. Also any other solutions would be great too. Thank you in advance.

WTS LiteCoin Rigs And Litecoin SUPER COMPUTER*!*!*
by
kilcondlost
on 01/12/2013, 04:43:18 UTC
I have 16 total Mining Rigs some have 4 GPUs and others up to 6 GPUs per Rig some are in cases and some are open air.
Most use a 6870 that has a cypress 5870 chip which puts off 420 kh/s  ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202032 )it uses the memory from a 6870 but the core of a 5870 one of the best litecoin miners out there. Read the reveiws from NewEgg to verify what I am saying which means the rigs puts off 1700 to 2600 kh/s.

Hey guys I am sorry it is taking so long to get pictures up I got all the pictures taken, but realized after I was all done the settings on the camera were off and they were all blurry so if not tonight itll be tomorrow at the latest. Now I wouldn't expect nor would I sell any of them without showing pictures first but just to give an idea from offers and my thinking about prices this is a round abouts (though of course deals can be made)

1650kh/s 5x5850 open rig  $1600

1700kh/s 4x6870 open rig w/1000w PSU $1700

1700kh/s 4x6870 open rig w/1250w OCZ PSU $1750 --- In case w/ DVD +$100 w/ for Custom Top Mounted 10" 1000CFM Fan +$50

2100kh/s 5x6870 open rig w/1250w OCZ PSU $2000 --- In Case w/1300w Rosewill PSU & DVD $2200 w/ Custom Top Mounted 10" 1000CFM Fan + $50

2500kh/s 6x6870 open rig w/1375w Thermaltake & 600w PSUs $2400 --- w/1600w PSU + $150

3200kh/s 7x6950 open rig w/1600w & 600w PSUs - $3500 *NEW*

3150kh/s 6x6970 open rig w/1300w Rosewill & 600w PSUs $2800

NUCLEAR DAWN 4900kh/s Cased Rig w/1475w Thermaltake & 1300w Rosewill  $5500

Now since I know there is not a person out there who will offer exactly what the prices are because everyone wants to haggle so I added haggle room

You will understand better with pictures but if you want one of the rigs that has 5 or less cards in a CoolerMaster Half X Case with a top mounted 1000CFM fan for extreme cooling it can be done for an extra $150

I will not split up rigs to make them fit in a case so no 5 6970s to go in a case or anything like that.

When I was writing this up the other night it was late and not everything was perfect this is updated slightly

Motherboards - AsRock 970s, Gigabyte UD5s & UD7s and an EVGA 160 Super MOBO

NUCLEAR DAWN
This next computer is a Super Computer on Roid Rage

UP TO 4900 KH/S

  • The Crown Jewel which is my main comp uses 3 x Reference XFX 7970s and 3 x Reference PowerColor 7950s all liquid cooled by EK Water Blocks 8 Core AMD 8350 16gb Corsair Dominator 1866 2 256 SATA III SSDs in Raid 0 2 2gb 7200 RPM HDD in Raid0 Tri Radiator setup 1 x 360mm and 2 x 240mm Each with Push Pull Fans (Red LED Fans Visible High Powered Delta Fans Hidden sme up 20 150 CFM) Cooling the RAM CPU and GPUs in A Rosewill BlackHawk Super Tower With a Gigabyte 990FX UD-7. 1x Thermaltake 1475w PSU Mounted in Rear PSU Slot 1 x Custom 1250w OCZ PSU Mounted Below the HDD

The Case is show quality all UV Red with Multiple LED Lights, UV Reactive Sleeving, LED WaterBlocks, 4 5.25in Front Slots - (From Bottom to top) Slot 1&2 - Front Mounted Red LED Backlit Resevoir, Slot 3 -5 Knob Fan Controller which controls all high noise fans and has 2 USB 3.0 and SD card Reader, Slot 4 - 4 Custom Metallic Red Military Switches which control all red LEDs and Red LED fans so the case can run dark. Inside under the HDD there is a 3.5 52 in one card reader with SSD SD USB Fire Wire and so forth.

Front - Along with the 4 5.25 Drive Bays There are 2 Red LED Fans One Has a Custom Cut Laster Engraved Skull Fan cover They both cool the HDD and Secondary PSU

Top - Towards the front is hookups for audio, head phones an external HDD Dock 2 USB 3.0 sockets and then in the middle is an external Blu-Ray Player Secured to the top but an addition to the case. All the wiring is completely hidden through drilled holes in the top and the rear of the case. The Blu-Ray Player is a top of the line and the external case has extra SATA III USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 Both male and Female.

Doors #1 (if looking at the front of the case) Right Door Custom Hole cut for  Digital Thermometer with 5 read outs 2 Monitor GPUs, 1 Monitors CPU, 1 Monitors Resevoir, 1Monitors Ambient temperature around Motherboard close to Ram, also monitors fan speeds of crucial fans that should be always running at 100% Also there is a Red LED Fan Behind the Motherboard Blowing Out With another Custom Cut Laser Engraved Skull Fan Cover

Door #2 Custom Red LED Push Button Drilled in Controls the 9 mounted 120 mm Fans the Center Fan is a Red LED with another Skull Plate Cut In to center of Door. Mesh Covers the rest of the Fans which are in 3x3 setup. Custom Cutout for Secondary PSU's Powersource. Red LED and the remaining 8 fans run seperate from eachother so the whole computer can go dark. Custom Easy Remove Wire with spool to allow for th door to moved 2.5 feet before disconnect and only 1 wire is needed to disconnect.

All sleeving is well hidden but still everything is sleeved to match and what does need to be shown looks in perfect order. All Tubes for liquid cooling are cut to length but enough is left so easy removal of and the blocks is done without much effort and resevoir is easily drained by sliding out he front.

Windows 7, and 8 are installed since Windows 7 only allows for 4 7000 series GPUs I had to install Windows 8 because it allows for up to 6 GPUs, but I still used Windows 7 for most things.

It is my masterpiece. Now I know a picture is worth a 1000 words and pictures will be coming soon. If you feel so inclined as to make an offer of course you are never held to it, but if you make an offer and wish to change it after the pictures arrive (My guess is the offer would only go up) but I would not hold you to your original offer.

Nuclear Dawn As I like to refer to it as as I also have a Nuclear theamed setup instead of the skull plating that can be change out with just a few screws will put 4350kh/s but with just a few tweaks and the amazing amount of cooling power this has the rig has no problems reaching 4700 and I have had it close to 4900 without any heat problems but I couldn't get it stable at that high. Nuclear Dawn Runs Ice Cold and Blows out Heat Like a Furnace

I have not decided a price on any of them but am open to offers. Since there was so much information to write I could not go in to the specs of every single computer. Any rig that you are interested in I will happily give you all the specs and a list of all items that are in the system as well as detailed pictures and more information on how long the machine has been running and so on so forth.

Pictures shall be posted within a few days just minor camera troubles at the moment. But again since there are so many rigs only pictures of the rigs will be taken to give an overall view of the rigs but for detailed photos will come upon request.

Thank you for taking the time to read this curious to see if anyone has an interest in prebuilt rigs because if people do like them I may make more one day. Please feel free to post or PM me any questions. Thank you again
