I have no idea why he hold our invesments. But it's bad case for his reputation.

Hi.
I didn't receive tokens yet.
I sent bitcoins and entered eth address.
I check it like it is said in Instruction "How to withdraw allocated TFL tokens" and no tokens is allocated for my address.
I write to support, and support tald me, that after update in 14 august I could see tokens, but it wasn't happen.
And support already keep silence for 2 week.
Anybody has same problem?
