How to get refund

1.Go to the site below and copy the full text of Contract ABI.

2.Access the site below, enter the contract address, paste the full text of Contract ABI.
https://www.myetherwallet.com/#contracts

3.Select checkIfFundingCompleteOrExpired, enter the secret key of the address sent to ICO, and establish the contract.
Then select getrefund and enter it the same way.

According to Smart Contract, the block number at which the ICO ends is 4,267,116, and after that, it seems that we can receive a refund with the "getrefund" function.

I think that ICO will be finished around 9th September. If funds are less than 7000 ETH, will investment be refunded?
