I know that in Latin America there are many illegal mines where child labor is exploited. How will you deal with this?
By having mining companies prove and validate their processes on the blockchain, they cannot manipulate what they are doing. For artisanal/small scale miners, it will make it harder for them to sell their products (gold for example) if they can't show how and where the gold was extracted
In your opinion, will mining companies benefit from Karuschain?
Yes, that is one of our missions
Will you require mining companies to stop mining precious metals using chemical drilling?
Karuschain is a mining technology company (blockchain) & therefore we are more focused on that than the mining itself. Karuschain aims to assist mines with participating in more responsible mining & will align itself with mining companies striving to make more responsible decisions about all the systems used to mine metals.
Do you think that now nobody is observing environmental standards in the mining industry?
We don't think so
