I have seen airdrops that are flat out scams requesting for your private keys on the form.  I wouldn't be surprised if they start sending you scam emails on a regular basis.

I dont think so because new ideas are created everyday and new ideas will born new ICOs. If people keep thinking ICOs are going to created all next time.

From the point of view of someone looking for free coins, I would argue that bounty campaigns are much more effective. Airdrops only give out few $ and you'll spend a good part to send them to an exchange to cash out.
