Bitcoin price is set by the market. No one know how much Bitcoin will cost in a week/month/year. But we know Bitcoin has a limited supply, so technically it's never to late to invest in.
This question has no certain answers. Only a person can find an amount of Bitcoin he needs for financial prosperity.
