I don't think that the main power of coin is from high tech. It was from fans support, reputation, investor, and many more. Even coin that have cutting-edge technology doesn't guarantee that the project will became success. Threrr are most of reaso why some ICO fail. Maybe it has not much Investor tat make the project doesn't reach the softcap. Also, there is many reason behind it.
