Could you please help with a withdrawal?  I put in the request over 24 hours ago,  and today is Friday (under the impression you process withdrawals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

Thanks -  I'm very worried - my last withdrawal about two months ago took a very long time
I've sent a message to support on the website, and sent an email (haven't heard back) so trying here

In the past it was always within 24 hours-  hoping this time was just a fluke-  
I'm not sure about my winnings/losses (had been over a year) I tend to gamble smallish amounts but think I've broken even here-  it's really a fun casino and they have all my favorite slot games

I was very concerned with the time it took for the withdrawal, but am very happy with the results now-

other bitcoin casinos I play at withdrawals are instant and even the fiat casinos I've won at that did a transfer into my bank account didn't take this long   "technical reasons"  come on its takes 10 seconds to send btc...

UPDATE-  Withdrawal completed YAY!! Thank you very much (just need to wait for 3 confirmations-  they used the minimal miner fee so it's low priority)

Your withdrawal request was successfully accepted and now pending in a line to be processed. Sometimes the terms may be extended a little bit due to the technical reasons. We do apologize for any inconviniences that may be caused. You should not worry anyway - your payout will take place as soon as it possible. Thanks again for your understanding.".  I appreciate the communication, but it's now 5 days for a withdrawal of 0.5
