WTS KNCminer 1-500 account
by

Want to sell my KNCminer account
It's a 1-500 customers account which allows you to choose from 4 instead of 2 miners, the 2 standard miners and the 2 same miners but then a 1-500 spot.
I will sell the complete account, so you'll get the password of the account and can change the account to your wishes and needs in terms of delivery adress & placing orders.

It's not possible to change the email adress though.. I'll forward any mails I receive from KNCminer.

if interested, PM or post below. I will not use the account anyhow since I'm not interested in the miners / site

My account states the following:

Customer group: 1-500 customers

Does this mean that I have a pre-order? I thought I ordered a product but do not see 1 in my history although my accounts states that I"m in the customer group 1-500 whatever that may be

Note that we can still access the site using this method (but no withdrawls, waiting for the email code but not received).

http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1c77qg/bitcoin24_down_after_a_corrupt_trade_engine_gives/c9dtqe5

Please hold off on taking a drastic step until a couple more hours. Lets see if this shit sorts itself out before we fling it on the fan.

What was the IP adress to access the site?

Thanks for the quick response.
Maybe a good point for the future: implement an automated response on the emailadres and support tickets just to let people know that their question/issue is received and being handled. It might give a little comfort and coinfidence. People (me included Smiley)  might feel left in the dark otherwise and unheard.

But, thanks again!

Dear Bitstamp,

can you please have a look at my issue? My deposited Bitcoins dissapeared..!
I made a Bitcoin Deposit from my local wallet to my Bitstamp account.

The transaction showed as unconfirmed in my bitcoin account after I sent it. 2 days later when it received the 3 confirmations according to my local wallet the incomming transaction dissapeared in my Bitstamp account and no Bitcoins are credited to my account. How is this possible?

I send a mail and support tickets 24 hours ago. The ticket number is #376 containing all information about the transaction.
It seems impossible to me that the Bitcoins dissapeared in thin air.. can you please look into this and fix it??

Thanks

Can some1 of Bitstamp maybe look into this problem?
My BTC's have 'dissapeared' and no response on mails or support ticket or even a confirmation that my mail/ticket is received whatsoever..  Angry

I have exactly the same problem, but with sending Bitcoins from my local wallet to Bitstamp.
When I send my Bitcoins to Bitstamp it immediately showed as an unconfirmed transaction, waiting for the 3 confirmations.
After 2 days when the 3 confirmations were received (according to my local wallet) the Incomming transaction dissapeared in my Bitstamp account and my bitcoins are not added to my account.

Looks like they 'dissapeared' while the transaction is fine according to blockchain.info. Send in ticket through the support function 6 hours ago, I guess I'll have to wait a bit longer

I also had a transaction with took 3 days to get confirmed when I did not include a transaction fee in my local wallet.
As a test I made a second transaction with 0.0005 transaction costs and that one was confirmed within 15 minutes. Good lesson for me, include transaction costs Smiley
