* Re: supported countries, good question:

-- The "debit card transactions" option is available broadly in the US and Canada.

-- For other countries (mostly in Europe), we offer other ways to seed an account (via credit card) to a limited group of early alpha users, and we only support fixed-amount recurring transfers (vs. variable "round-up" transactions).

#Would this second option (via credit card) work for you? Which country / countries would you like to see supported in general?

* Re: the other project, yes.

Great questions:

Re: the 1st point - the plan is to offer some premium features we're developing for a fee, while allowing the basic service to be free.

Re: the 2nd point - currently we're US only.... but that could change.

If you need a High-Speed Transaction, you can send pm or email to me (HTS will cost 100k-150k satoshi).

For Is there a way to change the threshold from 0.00020000 to 0.00010000 -- or ideally less? (It seems this is an even higher minimum threshold than the one on a-ads). Willing to wait for the txn...

It has been a while, but I've finally gotten a chance to implement one of your suggestions, btcney.

Users can now compare specific coins using the table to control their selections.

Thanks for the helpful feedback, btcney!

I also wonder whether organizing the currencies by whether they have fixed maximum supplies / increasing maximum supplies / etc. would be helpful?

I think a lot of the discussion around how XYZ cryptocurrency has a 'market cap' that's just some tiny percentage of some other large store of value asset should take into account total potential supplies...

As a side note, one of my concerns with the proliferation of new alt coins is that it makes it much harder to claim that the cryptocurrency market as a whole refers to some scarce set of assets...having fixed maximum supplies (or even target mining rates) for specific coins might not matter as much if anyone can come along and launch a new coin, rendering the supply across the asset class effectively unbounded.

I've moved this to the service announcement section, and re: the suggestion on selecting currencies to compare against - that seems like it'd be a good improvement.

Crypto Cap

Live streaming market capitalizations* - and "percentage mined" - for bitcoin & other major cryptocurrencies using current and terminal ('fully-mined') supplies
Gold market capitalizations using current and terminal (fully-mined) supply

Feel free to send requests / feedback to:
info@cryptocap.io

*"Market capitalization" is used in a more general sense here, and refers to supply X price.
