Now if you want a real replacement, look up BTCZ. Thats a real Equihash coin

1. Branded Android Wallet (no coinami, freewallet closed source junk) takes about 3 seconds to send BTCZ with almost zero fees.
2. Branded GUI Miner (Does even BTC have that?)
3. No slow start
4. No Supernode Tax
5. No Developer Tax
5. No Premine
6. No ICO
7. No "jump-ship developers" "lets fork" mentality. John Ver of ZCL.
8. Dedicated community
9. No Pump and Dump (yet at least), organic slow yet continuous price and difficulty growth
10. No Central authority. All projects are voted on and crowdfunded
11. Ridiculously low $10M market cap which makes it a great investment to straight up buy and still profitable to mine, compared to pumped ZCL at 300x higher market cap that could collapse any minute the "ZCL mining fund decides to dump their 50,000 voluntary mining TAX".
12. True Bitcoin 2.0 is BTCZ
13. I challenge anyone to present a SINGLE Equihash coin that checks all the above. Equihash seems to be the most profitable algo at least for nVidia miners. No, dont use whattomine, use: https://www.crypto-coinz.net/crypto-calculator/

Who are the developers? BitcoinZ website shows no faces and no names...

Just like Bitcoin. I think you are starting to understand BTCZ. It was created by an anonymous developer without any premining. But here are the team members if you like to know: http://bitcoinzguiding.ovh/team.html

If you like face images cropped in circles, there are about 1200 ICO scams with 5 to 50 founders listed for each one and when you look under "about us", you see those CIRCULAR cropped mostly stolen images from either linkedin or deceased people obituaries.

What happened to this project? I already mined a lot ZEL but it seems that i just wasted my hash and electricity. Is the dev still here to support this project?

I'm Elsewhere on the Zel Cash Discord.  We will be monitoring more frequently on this ANN thread in the future, it was discussed in the Dev meeting today and we need to do a better job of keeping up.  We have a very active Discord channel and didn't mean to overlook our friends here still monitoring the project.  We'll make an announcement here shortly on the progress we're making and our updated goals for the project.

I for one am very excited by the progress being made, new v3 wallet is syncing well, there are some tips for anyone still having problems or please visit our discord.  New wallets planned for MacOS among others.  We're working on the code base actively pushing forward for our Q3 deadline for Master Nodes and all the functionality that they will provide.  We also have a bi-weekly Saturday live meeting with the community to update progress, we've begun to tape these for reference on YouTube so anyone can watch at their leisure (next scheduled for Saturday March 3rd (time to be announced mid next week).  We're revamping the website and have several marketing campaigns in the works to get the more awareness.

Many thanks to the community, your criticism keeps us on point and your support makes us proud to be working with you.

We waiting for Mac wallet and other yours promises

Dear Miners,

As everybody knows the GPUs are very hard to find these days (at least this is the situation in Europe).
I have been here since a while and we have a few mining operation running and now we are trying to expand, unluckily all the wholesaler I've dealt with before are currently not able to provide me GPUs.

I am also looking for P104 GPUs, but I am also open to other proposals (Nvidia GPUs preferred).
We can handle orders from HK if you ship directly from there.

We are interested in NEW product only and in dealers that are able to handle at least a hundred of pieces.

If you have those capabilities please drop me a PM and I will provide details.

Edit: I am also looking for hardware suppliers that accept crypto payments.
I am looking for h81 and related pieces

I also looking for p104 or p106 in Europe  ... PM me please or via mail ...

I would not buy any GPU with only a 3 month warranty.  No display connector of any kind also ruins the resale value. Any "mining specific" GPUs that I have seen so far have been roughly the same price as "gaming specific" models and equal in performance, so there's no reason at all to buy them imo.
One reason I can think of is actually using the 19 slots in the Asus motherboard. For what I've heard you can only do that with these cards (that have no video). Other than that, maybe I need to rethink it Smiley

Yes I think it should work like what P106-100 performs in Asus B250. As I remember, there's a topic which many guys showed they successfully installed 19 or even 21 P106-100 in B250 mining mainboard. Actually, P106-100 is good deal for me, its price is reasonable and achieve high hashrate. As I heard that Inno3d P104 card could hash 35Mh/s and price is around 425$ (not confirmed it yet, I'm waiting the answer in next 3 weeks). If it's the case, it is a good deal as well.

I interested wholesale purchase mining cards can somebody help ?
