INTRODUCTION

We are leveraging Staking to deliver high yields thru the COCORICOS platform. In simple terms, one of the blockchain development directions is so-called Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm.
It has proven to be a good alternative to systems running Proof-of-Work (PoW). Novel DeFi environment allows EGG token holders to stake through trusted blockchain networks and receive high passive yields.
AIRDROPS
COCORICOS’ Airdrop platform helps project or campaign owners to increase their popularity, traffic, visibility and boost their social media appearance.
It is a fully measurable, escrowed with ads tracking and automated verification mechanics system based on A.I. for attracting & interacting with customers.
COCORICOS provides a two-sided value proposition to both advertisers and users of the platform (bounty hunters, influencers, webmasters).
EGGONOMICS
There are a variety of actors across COCORICOS' protocol matrix. i.e liquidity providers/takers, staking protocols, developers and community contributors for airdrops etc.
We believe that the most viable solution for an open finance platform is the EGG being the transaction token in the network and serving the role of providing utility. It should also be acting as a proxy to govern the protocols and accrue the network effect of the COCORICOS platform.
As an open finance protocol network, EGG's key values are driven by liquidity, assets/token reserve and network effects built around these protocols.
The token economics is to encourage positive feedback loops and facilitate sustainable and long-term incentive alignments. EGG is a platform utility token that enables protocol governance, fee payment, staking and incentives.

Governance Token
EGG acts as a voting vehicle within the ecosystem and community engagement. Governance also allows EGG holders to dictate the EGG's protocol and EGG's token primitive, i.e to modify, expand and govern key features of EGG protocol matrix and expand EGG's own utility.
However, fully decentralized on-chain governance takes time and is a gradual process, we believe it’s’ important to find the protocol market fit before taking massive leap towards fully decentralizing governance.
Fee Payment
EGG can be utilized as a fee payment token within the COCORICOS ecosystem, including coin mintage/disaggregation fee payment, reward payment etc.
System Stabilizer
EGG acts as the last resort for safeguarding all EGG's protocols in extreme events, i.e bad debt and accidental hack in asset liquidity protocols or other unintended consequences in extreme events. i.e in the event that the massive bad debts crystallized as a result of protocol malfunction or hack, EGG shall be issued or auctioned to cover those bad debts and recapitalize the protocol.
Incentive Token
EGG is the ultimate system token of COCORICOS's protocol matrix and its ecosystem platforms (i.e liquidity market, staking, airdrop etc), hence it is the vehicle that captures the economic values of the entire system and it will also be facilitated as major vehicle for providing liquidity, staking and airdrop incentives.

REBALANCING SLIPPAGE
It is important to note that even if there is NO FEE in the COCORICOS protocol; users will incur a small amount of slippage during rebalancing. Slippage is the difference between the expected price of a trade and the price at which the trade is executed. This means that when there is an imbalance in the number of trade volumes, prices, sellers, and buyers, the prices will then change to adjust to the next available price on the market. During this process, the changing ratio for under-collateralized tokens in exchange for over-collateralized tokens naturally changes the net asset value, as some of the value is either taken out or added in by the rebalancing liquidity provider. This change in net asset value is the rebalancing slippage.
CONCLUSION

We would like to announce the open beta for Cgig- a feature rich, easy-to-use peer to peer freelance marketplace that uses Stellar XLM as currency. Cgig is built by a team of seasoned Stellar developers who have honed their skills through multiple rounds of Stellar Build Challenges (SBCs), and in the process built some of the components useful for a powerful freelance platform on Stellar.
Cgig is a new marketplace that was built from the grounds up on Stellar. This means that all transactions from initial deposit, to escrow, to payment release in Cgig uses XLM and Stellar accounts. We specifically opted to use Stellars native XLM because we believe that despite its current volatility, with the rapidly growing number of fiat on/off ramps, exchanges and wallets, XLM will become one of the most common and widely available bridge currencies for other tokens and assets.
Our first major Cgig offering is a service-based marketplace where anyone could easily list and sell any type of service. For our initial launch, we have signed on veteran graphic designers, writers, programmers, and a variety of other freelancers to participate. For most of them, its their first time using any type of cryptocurrency. If you or anyone you know need a logo, an explainer video, an article, a bot, etc please consider showing them some support.
The most common type of Cgig listing is flat rate packages, which can be tiered and further customized via extras. We also recently added rate based pricing options for services like writing/translation (word based), video services (time based), and consulting (also time based). If these options dont fit the bill, we even support custom order requests which can be tailored to the exact needs negotiated between the buyer and the seller.
Cgig features a built-in escrow designed to protect both the buyer and the seller. For security of the marketplace, the escrow for each order is isolated to its own separate Stellar account. In addition, Cgig provides streamlined, easy-to-use order management system, integrated with escrow, notification, and chat room to facilitate interaction and communication between the buyer and the seller. Were trying to drive adoption and we know crypto could feel intimidating to new users, so we worked extra hard on user experience to make Cgig friendly to new crypto users.
Because Cgig uses Stellar, we are able to benefit from Stellar transactions which are virtually free (regardless of network congestion) and takes around 5 seconds on average. Having been avid users of everything Stellar, we have been very pleased with the performance and reliability of Stellars production network and look forward to operating on Stellar.
