Hi,
sent my ONT from Binance to my NEO public address. Using Neon wallet latest version 1.2.6, I can't see tokens in the wallet and also they won't appear on Neon tracker, although if I check ontology blockchain the address balance shows correctly : airdrop tokens + the ones I sent from Binance.
Question: this takes time for ontology transaction to appear on Neo blockchain/wallet?

You most likely have Mainnet ONT and should download the ONTO wallet https://onto.app/ You will only see mainnet ONT through ONTO you can check your balance
Also you need to make sure you have the most recent NEON wallet version 0.2.6
Also you can check your Mainnet ONT balance https://explorer.ont.io/

Im waiting for Ledger Nano S integration too, is it confirmed from Ledger and Ontology that this will be available in August with the release of the ONTO desktop wallet?
I assume that the answer is yes, at least this is what I been recommended to do - wait for desktop wallet release to use it with Nano S.

been with you for one year now, a lot of things happened but still believe it's a long lasting project!

First of all, thank you for your support! We have already submitted applications for listing to a number of exchanges that we found reliable (Binance, Bittrex, Liqui, Livecoin, CoinExchange, Tidex and a couple more). The first two are overwhelmed with listing requests now and they estimate the time to assess our token and start onboarding to not less than two months. Almost all others have come in touch and we are negotiating listing terms with them - we will keep you informed on the progress as soon as we reach an agreement. Holding since 0.20$
So convinced in this project that still staying super chilled, even after I saw 10$ for coin I do not regret that I didn't dump them then..
don't forget guys that price bumped too quick and what's happening now is normal.
People getting spoiled too quick with all this amount of X's, in real investing world people waiting for years to get a good income
and here as far as there is little dip everyone blaming team, who actually works their ass off

have a question regarding my recent XEM transaction from Poloniex.
I sent 20k XEM on my nanowallet, transaction went through on Poloniex and marked as complete,
but coins never arrived.
Checked txid and it doesn't exist and not possible to check on the blockchain.
Did anyone had the same problem?
Would be much appreciated to get some useful information.

Hello guys,
today something really bad happened with me so was wondering if someone ever dealt with it...
This morning i sent 5499.99 stratis to my ledger wallet from my poloniex account,
they arrived really quickly and as soon as I saw them in my ledger wallet transactions as "unconfirmed" closed it.
This evening I opened my ledger wallet just to double check overall balance,
I opened it and literally saw that after my wallet synced this transaction just disappeared from my wallet like it never
been there before....
I tried to resync and restart and all this bla bla stuff but they just gone...
I checked transaction in the blockchain and it says that Strat been delivered...
I already contacted ledger team but didn`t get any answer yet, so decided to write here as well in case someone knows what it might be to insure myself that I will not have sleepless night tonight....
Any comms will be appreciated!

i don't have one but isn't it something to do with lots of inputs -

"If this happens, you need to be patient, and wait for your transaction to be achieved, even if it can take days, or wait until it is definitively rejected by the miners. When it is rejected, your operation will disappear of your list of operations in your Ledger wallet."

I believe it could be possible to reverse transaction and try to send it one more time...
