I am disappointed because Electroneum is turning in to worst kind of bank. I completed level 2 and they force me to do level 3. And now I can acces my wallet and my etn coins. Not gave me any reason why... Mass adoption??? Bank the unbanked??? And now they ignoring me and don't want to gave back my coins... I did not expected that kind of behavior. I already provide my personal info, why they want mu source of income?
I supported ETN from the beginning, investing (not much, when I get any money I buy some etn and now I have on "their" wallet about 9000etn) AND NOW THIS SHIT...

I understand this process can he frustrating, but if ETN is going to partner with large companies, and succeed in their plan for mass adoption, these are the steps they must take.
Are you planning on selling your coins? Now the price is very very very low compared to the future.

I have invested in the ico, too. I'm still holding my bag of etn. the whole journey to the ath back to atl and i will hold for longer time cause i'm sure when the huge washout of nonsense coins and tokens is done, etn will be one of a few which will survive.
I understand your frustration about the kyc thing. i'm sure they will improve the process in the future. they are trying to do some new things, so you can't expect a perfect solution at the beginning. just stay positive and watch the process.
Thanks for responses and understanding. But you understand my frustration, because of my country I am forced to do level 3 (very personal information). Of course I didnt invest more then I can lose but i beleaved that they will be diferent from banks and other unfer companies.

I compleated level 2 in the begining of KYC. Now I can't access my wallet and redirected to level 3 page. Does anyone has this problem?

They are forcing to complete this procedure too but I moved my coins to the exchange after this. Now I want to send it back to my own wallet address and this kind of message appearing.
I want to do that now but can't. All my coins is in ETN wallet, if I only knew that this is the case I would move my coins before...
I think that they confuse SYRIA and SERBIA... They think we are terrorists hehehehe

I think this will be a good info for people who bought using a credit card.
Yesterday I have read on Telegram that somebody got chargeback lately from Visa. So there is still chance even if you purchased ENV tokens with your CC. This person claimed that Finma case is enough reason for the bank to give back the money. So if they ask why just tell that they are scammers and already Finma has started a case against them and you should get your money back which is great, I think.
Plastic still fantastic as we see.

I keep coming back every few weeks to read the latest updates about court cases. Especially I am interested in the Finma court ruling but from what I see is postponed again.

It is all about big money which is involve in this project I don't have good hope about the future of this project. This is pure scam and investors have been lost their money nobody will get recover nothing.

I think that we must make pressure for refund. All investor must unite and rase our voice. The current situation is only good for scammer team... Let them battle in court... WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK.... common people wake up

Good point. I only watch price in btc. In may price was around 800sat and the cmc place was #70... I see shitcoins that kept ther place thru the "storm"... And I don't understand why ETN just keep going down... I know that we are now in bear market but ETN is in freefall market... Why???
