I like to use coinbase to collect some btc but I use exchange for trading when coin price is so low I bought some coin I think this is good strategic make good profit

In my opinion I like to use binance, cryptopia, stock exchange and crypto-bridge. My favorite exchange is binance

I think  first mistake is for newbie they  don't  research about trade they think when price down they sell coin but that's not good for trader
