If Phonetic is related to Apsyon (or is the guy), he will regret this... considering his whois info contains his home address???

Do it! The lawyer by default would get the money by identifying him, even if it takes a subpoena

Almost everyone here believes me to be a scammer.

Please believe me when I tell you all that I am truly sorry for the dogecoins that are owed to you.

Another pool operator has been very kind to me over these past few days and is helping me get through this. You have no idea how badly I feel about this situation. It is draining the life out of me every second of every day.

My words may mean nothing to most of you, but this is the truth.

It is not possible for me to purchase the amount of dogecoins that are owed to many of the miners of my pool. When I first realized this, I abandoned my ship. It was foolish for me to do this and the fact that I did that will make it much harder for anyone to believe a word out of my mouth. I don't blame you but please, read my thread from the beginning, and I hope you can see from the start I gave my pool everything I had.

The person I am working with has encouraged the idea of reopening my pool and has agreed to run it with me to make sure there are no issues with double payouts. Any owed balances will be paid using any and all fees that my pool collects. If / when the owed balances are settled in full, the person who is helping me will take full control of the pool. You will no longer have to deal with me. I'm not cut out for this, and I realize that. This was my first pool and will be my last pool. This is a terrible situation for all of my miners and I'm sorry that I couldn't fix the problems with my pool.

It's not easy coming to this forum and reading the things people are saying. I'm not a bad person. I've done right my whole life. I will do everything I can to right this ship and make things right.

I think you may need to give a bit more information than that, otherwise you'll find that nobody will even mine for the pool to begin with, so no doge will be generated to pay these owed coins.
Of the double payouts, you should have just debited their account the amount of doge they were paid twice, like another pool I read about did. That way they can choose to dig themselves out of the hole. Alternatively, notify them in a PM or via email that you're docking their payout until it's paid off. It's only fair, as technically at this point, because of a bug in the code (that I'll note you didn't create) they have taken coins that are not theirs. I'm willing to bet they're not the ones complaining.

Regardless, thanks for coming back to let us know what's happening, please just be open an honest about it moving forward.

I think clueclub is the guy who put us on Marc's trail to begin with. Maybe he's right and we need to start a spreadsheet linking transactions.

+1 to that

Interesting... following the trail, Apsyon.com Whois data:

Before you do anything with this information, make sure you're SURE it's the guy. Anyone in NY? Need another verify before confirmation pls.

I could not find any connection in the blockchain between the donation address that let you to this guy and Phonetic or Scryptpools.  If you did, please post your results.

A witch hunt that hurts an innocent bystander is not going to help us find Phonetic.  Please be responsible and do your own legwork to ensure that you don't dox an innocent bystander!

Nor could I (too many other transactions going on at the same time), but two others did, so maybe they'd care to share the links step by step in the doge chain trail?

LOL

So, how do we confirm it's the guy? Following the money leads to the same address, who can confirm the address owner, if it's an exchange or not?

He's also 'Kurcide' on reddit and doges.org

I'll chuck the 20k I have sitting in scryptpools into the bounty, whoever can get it keeps it.

That whois is for the server address, digitalocean is a vps provider and is where he hosted the account. If you could potentially get them to give you details about him - which I doubt they will - it may help.

STILL NO MODS HELPING OUT HERE. It's like they completely ignore the altcoin forum.

I'm not sure if it will be relevant now as Phonetic hasn't been online on this forum since the 30th December but shouldn't the forum's admins have a log of the IP address' that was used to log into his account?
Even if we do get that he will most likely be hiding behind a VPN or Proxy, but it's worth a try.

Hope we can get somewhere with this, I personally lost over 200k to this pool, but I know others who have lost more.

Natodemon

His IP address, his email address, none of the mods appear to frequent this part of the forum..

I question why none of the mods here have posted his email address or even commented on this? Money funnelling like this, on this scale, he's not the only one involved, and with his address we can search other sites that it may be listed on. His nickname shows up on btce chat logs, for instance.

Too bad we can't explore the block chain with a visual aid, maybe it would help explore where the doge is ending up, similar to this: http://blockchain.info/tree/105867105

Recently I got two times payment from coinex.pw mining. I sent 1000xyz and received in wallet 2000xyz. After few days I had minus balance on my account. After some time I mined it back to plus balance and this is end of story.

What is next problem here with doge and double payments?

Or are all doge miners with double payment thieves?

See now this makes sense, adjust the miner balance to reflect the fact that there was an accidental double payment, and let them mine it out of the hole again. You don't need to purchase millions of doge to cover it, if it's a software bug then just tell people.
