I can't say if it's a firmware issue but it is more likely a PSU issue.

Can you still access the WebGUI or dashboard?
If you can still access through the miner's IP would you mind checking the API logs or any logs that contain your miner's activity logs? Maybe we can find the issue under that logs?

Post the logs here don't forget to put it inside the code tag a # button you can find it while editing your post.

Also, I would like you to try is to hard reset the miner by holding the IP or reset button for 15 to 20 seconds then release.
Set up the miner again then test.

Actually, I have opened the miner for its servicing like to fix burnt power supply cables and dust cleaning and adding the heat sink silicon flux/paste to hash boards' heat sinks, once assembled and run back the miner I'll update you with the same. Thanks for keep helping.

Its keeps restarting again and again once start. Sometimes shows quite high temperature and sometimes keeps the hash rate zero while everything connected okay. And sometime works good without any issue. So i think upgrading the firmware could fix the issue.

Those are Ebang E9.3 Firmware. Cant get if from anywhere. The only place is megaminer which has 9.0.0.23 which is too recent (cant update the machine).

I have the same firmware upgrade issue with my Ebang Ebit E9.3 miner. I have tried to upgrade the miner with your mentioned firmware version 9.0.0.23, but it didn't work at all.

A fair question. A lot depends on the reseller. Bitmain is not a great seller if the gear breaks.

Especially when coins are hot. They do not do a good job fixing broken gear under warranty.

So if your reseller of used gear is honorable and will help out if the gear breaks buying used is okay.

Thanks for your assistance. What in the case if used miner is imported from an international reseller if local miner reseller is not available? Thanks.

Hello there! Could any mining expert here would assist me on the buying of an used Antminer S19 that is it worth to buy an used Antminer S19 or should go for a new one? Is there any performance difference between an used and new Bitmain Antminer miners if any? Any valuable assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
