The reason behind your account being closed was down to having matching IP address. As well as that you were flagged for having multiple accounts and abusing bonus. This is in breach of our T&C.

This is ridiculous, it means no one else at my office, where are more than 100+ office workers cannot play at Betballer ? becouse i showed it for maybe 5 other persons. First time i have problem like this at bet website... I can approve my account, i can send to you my ID, my pasport, drivers license, or anything else... those T&C makes no sense
The customer service team have informed me the issue has been resolved.
"Account status: Fraud. Please contact Customer Service for help. "
still can not log in... and did not got any answer to my email...

I got some problem, yesterday i got email about, that my account are suspended, because i have used different IP, but how i have to use the same IP if i'am playing Betballer at my home,my work place, on my mobile phone? Is there any reason to block my account ? Also i try to talk with them on live chat, but did't got any answer to my questions...
